- This airline provides terrible service. They oversale their flights, do not train their employees properly to deal with crisis and then, they brake airlines safety protocol. This airline actually checked my suitcase, put it in the plane, but didn’t assigned me a seat. They didn’t get the suitcase out of the plane, but flew it to my destination city. Now, I can’t find anyone to help me retrieve my suitcase and no one seems to know what to do. The agent in Oaxaca, Mr. Diego Leal lied to me telling me there was going to be someone at the airport at 4:00 am to give me my suitcase. They mistreat their customers and provide an undignified service and cause tremendous stress with the ineptitude of their employees. I wish I could recommend this airline but they are not trust worthy.

- Very poor airline indeed and their collective weight limit of 7kg max is a disgrace too. Unless you're going away to Japan for a 1 or 2 days there's no way that anyone can remain within that low threshold. From my observations it looked like everyone was caught out by this ridiculous restriction and had to fork out. Avoid and book elsewhere is my advice.

- I have unflown tickets on cobalt worth 500euros and they no longer operate. Nobody can refund me! People who paid with cypriot credit cards will be refunded. I paid with my french credit card.No refund! Do you think is logic? I can only name this a FRAUD. And not only on behalf of the airlines but as well from the local Authorities.... Third airline to cease operating in less than 6 years in Cyprus! Cyprus Airways, Eurocypria and now Cobalt Congratulations!

- I booked a round trip flight for me and my wife from Aruba to Curacao leaving on 11/16/2018 and returning on 11/21/2018. I received an email from them yesterday stating that the return flight had been canceled and they booked me on a flight almost 7 hours later. This would make me miss my connection to United cost me 300.00 per person to change the flight to a flight the following day and cost me an overnight stay in Aruba. Around 900.00 total. I called their customer service line and they told me that I could get a full refund by emailing info@fly-inselair.com. I sent the email and they replied and said they could not refund the ticket cost even though this violates article 10.2 of the carriage agreement. After several emails back and forth I contacted my credit card company, provided them all the emails and they agreed to reverse the charge. They also told me there have been numerous complaints to Visa and MasterCard about this company. I also researched it a bit and the company is in bankruptcy and only has 3 planes in their entire fleet. If you have already been screwed by this company just file a claim with your credit card provider.

- I would give this 0 stars but I can't. The shittiest customer service in the world. I would advice to pay the extra money for another airline. Delays and loss of bags is a nightmare to deal with.

- Will never fly with this airline. They were very misleading with the cancelation policy or changing of flight. Agents will try to blame the passengers and will not accept responsibility. Contacting them via email or phone is a nightmare. Do yourself a favor and fly another airline.

The Claim Form was filled & sent but VA is paid nothing & is fully ignored of international rules for lost baggage. Attention for everybody !!! Do not fly by Virgin Airline because VA has no any responsible for our customers. The aircraft was bad cleaned & was very worn, also

- Horrible. I had a flight iwht them that twas delayed 3 hours and caused us to miss a connector. We were not reimbursed for 1) our second flight, 2) the the hotel we had to get in Lima, Peru and 3) the new flight we had to buy the next day. I have sent several emails to the customer service of LAW, but no one has responded. It has been 3 months. DO NOT FLY THIS AIRLINE.

- For anyone thinking about flying with LC Peru, please be warned. We had a flight booked with them that was cancelled one week before it was due to depart. Although guidebooks and travel websites state that flights can be cancelled due to bad weather, this was clearly not the case in this instance. We have never received a refund. This is theft. We have had lengthy e-mail exchanges with two different departments within the same company that do not communicate with one another, each time with a different person. They said they no longer had our details from when we booked the flight and demanded copies of our passports, bank accounts, and contact details via unsecured e-mail accounts, yet we have never received our money. We lost a lot of money and time as a result.

- I Just had the worst customer service experience at Shaheen Airlines counter, Islamabad Airport,05 Oct 2017 I was on an official visit and had a confirm return ticket from Islamabad to Karachi at 7 PM. When I arrived at @ShaheenAir counter I was told that no record of my ticket was found in their system and I will have to buy a new ticket to board the next flight, which I already had and I told them that it was not possible and it might be an error in their database. As the tickets were confirmed last evening and moreover the tickets were booked through official channels. But the attendant remained adamant and maintained that I could not fly with the ticket I had. This took pretty long, either they did not have the systems for automating these small decisions, or they did not use it if it existed It was already late and the flight finally took off and I was stranded at the Islamabad Airport due to @ShaheenAir extremely unprofessional behavior and poor ticketing system. The situation took its toll when I was informed that they have now found my ticket's info in their system and due to @ShaheenAir system error they were not able to locate it before and now my next flight is at 10 am I arrived at the airport at around at 6 PM and stranded uptill now without food or water. not one #ShaheenAirline official turned up to offer explanation It was one hell of an experience @ShaheenAir never travelling from this airline again

- With all responsibility i can say "it was the worse air company in my life". The flight was cancelled and started just the next day, during our 12 hours waiting in the airport represents of the Dart company were promised that the flight will start every 2 hours. I lost more than 300ˆ and the company didn't refund my expenses.

- Terrible experience flying with Auirberlin fr om Vienna to Abu Dhabi through TXL/Berlin on 4 August. The flight from Vienna was delayed for 3 hours, but the time it reached Berlin, the flight to Abu Dhabi had left 1 hour before. Many passengers missed their flights and had to wait stay over night in Berlin. On 5 August finally we boarded an aircraft to Abu Dhabi, which left with about 20-30 min delay due to various reasons, one of which some issue with an aircraft door that they could not close. When we arrived to Abu Dhabi, the troubles continued -- our luggage was missing! Airberlin had more than 12 hours in TXL/Berlin to organize our luggage and load it on the airplane and they failed to do it. Now the buagge is lost, not traceable. It is quite a challenge to contact Airberlin. My local operator responds that the phone numbers are not extistent when I call Airberlin. When finally I managed to reach Airberlin operator she was rude enough to tell me that lost luggage is not the problem of Airberlin and that if I should go to the Lost&Found of the airport wh ere the luggage was lost -- presumably she means that I should travel to TXL/Berlin to personally look for my luggage?

- They cram too many people into a charter plane, and as a consequence they also have a ridiculously low hold luggage allowance (15kg). Staff generally OK, except for three members of the crew (including the Captain) that flew flight 7O 5085 from AOK to BUD on 27-JUL-2017. They treated me like dirt while boarding, and when I complained they treated me as a flight hazard. Better not book any trips with any tour operator that charters this airline!

- Hello, Our original reservation was 6GSPC9. Our flight got canceled on June 30, 2017 from Sorong to Makassar, and we had to stay overnight in Sorong till July 1st. Meanwhile we already booked a hotel at Grand Clarion in Makassar for June 30 - July 1st 2017. And since our flight got canceled, we lost our room at the Grand Clarion and we paid $57.43 (not refundable). We need to be reimbursed for the amount above. Please contact my brother (Yusran A. I would definitely tell my families and friends NOT to use Garuda anymore. There are other good airlines out there who are willingly respond to complaints.

- This airline should be upfront with their customers about their delays. It would avoid lots of headaches and frustrations if they were honest about the real departure time instead of making up stories about having equipment failure and keeping you hanging for hours and days at the airport. There are much better options even if it means paying more money.

- Disapointing. They cancel flights like Alitalia. For Iasi-Bucuresti-Paris, they cancelled the first leg and suggested an alternative that leaves Iasi later the second flight, from Buc leaves to Paris. Need I say anything else? I expect more changes/cancellation until my departure - it's not too late. Probably good enough for Romanian standards. If you are really flexible, for the money, you may be able to work around things like this.

- First time flying with Tame and the last. a nonstop flight that was supposed to arrived to Guayaquil at 3:30 did not arrived to Guayaquil until 7:30 I did not come out to meet my family until 9:45 because my luggage did not arrived. and could be not located. And all they could tell me is to come back to airport on Saturday when today is Tuesday, this is unacceptable passenger were asking for extra water and they will say no.

Also, they haven't gave our money back yet. Even though it has been a month since they cancelled the flight. Never ever again would i buy a ticket from them again! The worst airlines, shit customer service. I don't recommend it to anyone

- Just terrible. Avoid if possible. Customer service doesn't exist, they just treat you like a piece of ... luggage. I should maybe try DHL? Last week, I had 1 return flight. 1st flight was overbooked so I was denied and needed to come back 24h later for the next day flight. Next day flight arrived at destination with 2 hours delay. Return flight was already boarding 30min late. Once they locked all passengers in the plane, they announced a 2 hours waiting time, inside the plane... no drink, no food was served. Hopefully, we could start with only 1h30min delay but all in all it was my worse trip ever.

- I bought Novair extra for better legroom. Last minute change of aircraft canceled this option and i got the most cramped seat I have ever experienced. No room for my legs and not even somewhere to put a book. Several hours extra in this seat due to technical problems on the out journey. One of 3 toilets out of order on the return journey.

- I was scheduled to travel on Silk Air Mi491 leaving Thrirunanthapuram on Sunday 13th March at 22.45. When I arrived at the airport I found that the flight had been cancelled some time previously and that the message had not got to me. I was naturally worried, both about getting home and what I would do that evening. A lady called Dhanya arrived to look after me and I cannot praise her highly enough. She reassured me, organised a flight from another airport for the next day, transport to that airport and a hotel for the night. She was polite, professional and an extremely helpful person to have around in this situation. I only wish all airline representatives I come into contact with were of the same standard as Dhanya. I cannot find an email address to send this information to, so I hope someone at the airline reads this message.

- I have booked with Jetairfly twice. I had no problems the first time, as I purchased a one-way ticket from Orlando to Brussels. The second time I made the same reservation for new years eve, except it was a roundtrip. I arrive to the airport, located 4 hours from my home, only to be told that my reservation was cancelled for no apparent reason, and I was not able to board the plane. They claimed an email was sent to me regarding my cancelled flight, but I never got any; and I'm reliable when it comes to checking emails. I had the reservation on hand, but they still refused to seat me. I booked via Orbitz.com, who helped me get a last minute ticket, but I had to miss a day of my 5 day trip and pay extra for a new one. As if that wasn't frustrating enough, I was working with Orbitz so I could at least receive a refund for the trip they cancelled on me. It took two months to reach Jetairfly. I finally received an email from Orbitz regarding my refund. I paid $560 USD and they only returned $5 USD of unused taxes. So not only did they ruin my holiday, but they also kept the money for a flight I supposedly wasn't seated for. And I called the Jetairfly customer service since Orbitz practically said I was on my own. The person I talked to wasn't the most professional at his job, and he gave me an email to send. To no surprise, I haven't heard back. So if you're trying to purchase a cheap ticket, save yourself the headache and avoid this airline at all costs! You have a good chance to save money, but you're also highly susceptible to having reservation problems at the last minute.

- One thing that needs to be improved is the english language skills of flight attendants on china southern flights. When i travelled fr om melbourne to ghangzhou last september 2015 i was about the only english person on the flight everyone else chinese no disrespect but the language skills was limited of the cabin crew was lim ited to me. Its ok if you spoke mandarin. Staff weren't over friendly and seemed as if they were going through the motions. Just a job. Also very cramped i know it's cheaper to fly with them than other airlines but the meals were just average in my opinion. I had a window seat right at the back of the plane near the toilet well say no more i didn't realise this until i sat down. The odor was very unpleasant indeed and i had to put up with that for 9 to 10 hours. i did ask to move but there were no other available seats. I think china southern need to evaluate the aircon on their aircraft particularly with seats at the rear of the plane near toilets. It was terrible most unpleasant indeed. perhaps it was the asian food served they may have been the problem for some passengers. but the toilets certainly did get a workout! i was happy to arrive to get some fresh air but unfortunately that didn't happen either cause it was very humid in ghangzhou when i arrived oh well can't win them all.

- Terrible airline. - no English speaking customer service - customer service (with Chinese help) is terrible - airline changes flight time last minute with no reason - refuses to reimburse cost of inconvenience I've generally had a terrible time with this airline. I was supposed to fly from Shenzhen to Zhengzhou - flight booked over a week ago. Less than 10 hours before the flight I receive a message saying the flight time has been delayed by THREE HOURS. What does this mean for me? It means that the hotel I reserved, the time I booked is being wasted; I have to take a taxi to the airport instead of public transportation which is 150 RMB (a fifth of the cost of the actual flight); general inconvenience and meeting times are delayed and cancelled. Don't expect Chinese airlines to offer any sort of positive customer service. This is the last time I'll fly domestic in China. This airline is absolute rubbish.

- Air Namibia is one of the worst airlines. 1. They lock the two rear toilets for the 10 hour flight duration Frankfurt to Windhoek, for exclusive use of the cabin attendants. This means that the 300 or so economy class passengers can only use the 4 centre toilets. 2. When they serve breakfast, the meal is served first, and only when all passengers have received their meal are the drinks served - often half an hour after the meal is served. 3. The cabin staff NEVER answer a "Call Attendant" light, except to cancel the request!

- bangkok Airways are the Easy jet of Thailand,their flights are over prices,customer service is zero. I have to fly with them as i live on Koh Samui,but I have lost track of how many times my flight is cancelled and I am put on a much earlier or later flight.When you contact them,they are very sad about what happends but will offer you nothing in the way of help or compensation. The staff at the airport are not very helpful and customer service is zero Being stuck at the airport for over 5 hours I was offered a plactic container of cold rice as a meal for the delay. The planes are cleans and staff on board helpful,but the rest of this airline is a joke

- It really is an awful airline. Just awful. I fly Air Astana once or twice per month and have done so for 2 years both with Kazakhstan and twice internationally (only because there is no practical alternative). I agree with the other comments: the individual staff try to do a good job but actually have little to no idea what to do if something out of the norm happens. I would add that Air Astana is partly blacklisted from the EU on safety concerns.

- Arkefly is the only direct flight from Amsterdam to Orlando Sanford. We flew from Amsterdam to Sanford in October 2015. We had a pleasant experience and the online check-in gotta improve a little. When I wanna check-in online, then I stucked at the page "reserved the service" and can't proceed further. It was very frustrating. Further more, the service on the flight was OK, some flight attendants weren't always smiley and friendly. Hey, when you weren't happy about your job or customers, then it wasn't my problem to look at your grumpy faces.

Customer service Air Busan style: - no replacement plane - no rebooking to another airline - just offered a 5h bus ride instead, if you are lucky - i will not use them again, ever!!

- I flew with Jetgo for the first time this weekend. Excellent service from check in to cabin attendant. Plane was very clean and comfortable. Received more attention from the cabin staff in a 50 min flight than I received on a 9 hour Emirates flight the previous week!!!!! Would highly recommend this company.
