Hyderabad airport Etihad staff is worst, 1) they are incompetent , 2) poorly trained and 3) don't know how to read their own fare rules and threaten the passengers to cash. The premium desk at Abu Dhabi asked to sent an email to feedback@etihad.ae. No response after 2 days ! I have been charged excess baggage fee when none should have been charged. Looking for some lawyers to help, does anyone have info for lawyers who can file a case in India.

I was so disappointed with etihad! worst experience ever! My flight schedule was last August 20, 2017 at 11:00 in the evening from Kuwait to Moscow, unfortunately the flight was delayed for an hour but I patiently waited and hoping that we can reached abu dhabi immediately for 3: 00 early in the morning schedule of connecting flight to Moscow but everything turned out a big disaster. We did not reached the ertihad heading to moscow the airline gone flight no. EY65. What an inconvenience! I cant do something about it that time , now I am thinking of the meeting that I am going to missed in Moscow. I waited for several hours for etihad flight schedule and now heading to Munich Germany. From Germany now I already knew that my luggge was lost 7607EY728916 & 7607EY728917. From Germany I fly with S7 Airline arrange by etihad. Now i lost my luggage , i dont have something to wear, i lost all my appoinments .

Flew Mel-auh-txl-hel on June 28. Bags were not at the baggage carousel when we arrived and still no word 4 days later. They weren't much help at the counter there, told us to go online and fill out the form using a code, got to the hotel and the code they gave us was invalid... call up the contact number and they're closed... the next day we finally reached them and got the right code. 4 days later still bags are missing, had some valuable items in there that I would appreciate bag. Thanks Etihad...

Hello, My baggage is missing at Chicago ORD airport on Feb 11th 2018 and I was given a claim number ORDEY14414, phone number 773 377 1547, email bagord@etihad.ae and told someone will contact me on the same day with the status. I have been calling and sending email but could not reach anyone. Can you please have someone call and let us know. PNR number HVEWSJ and I bought the ticket on Etihad.com. Jordan Wright : Hello. My baggage was delayed for 24 days during my recent trip fr om Manchester to Australia. I was told to sit tight and wait for the airline baggage department to contact me regarding its wh ereabouts. I waited 48 hours and heard nothing. I assumed my bag was lost for good. After ringing every day (and being on hold for 40 min +), I would speak to a member of staff, and they would arrange to ring me back later that day. So after waiting patiently, I had no call back. So, i thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt, and call back the next day. However, same story, on hold for 40 min +, no return call. I would also like to mention my phone bill was £135 due to the extensive time i spent trying to contact the baggage department. Finally, after two weeks of being in Australia, with no personal belongins and no inmformation from the air line, I was contacted to be told my bag was still in manchester and had never left the airport I was flew from, 2 weeks previous. However, this information took me to take it upon myself to message the airline over facebook. Only then did I start getting reasonable answers (thank you Etihad Facebook team). I was then told the suitcase would be flown over to Sydney and delivered to the address I was staying at. So after being in Australia, for 3 WEEKS AND 3 DAYS, I was reunited with my bag. This was very frustraighting as I was only in australia for 7 days after this. Before I was reunited with my case, I had to buy necessities whilst in Australia as I wasn't to know whether I would be reunited with my bag at all. Therefore, a large amount of money went on replacing certain items I would need during my holiday. As I am now back from my holiday I have just filled out the claims form and uploaded all the recipets from my purchases. After spending an hour uploading these recipets. The page does not work. A white page comes up with "Page could not be loaded" "The link you specified does not work. This may either be the result of temporary maintenance or an incorrect link." This is very frustraighting as I do not feel it is necessery for me to have to go through this extensive claims from due to an error by the air line. I know these things happen, however I was left in the * without any information during my trip which added stress and frustration to my holiday which was meant to be a time for me to relax.
