Heathrow Terminal 4-Benito Juarez Mexico City the staff are very friendly and I was immediately welcomed aboard business class was very comfortable and was offered a lovely dinner and a great selection of drinks my seat became a nice fully reclined bed with a couple pillows not the most comfortable bed but still nice and overall smooth flight and a great first time with Aeromexico and the 787-8

This is the worst airline ever. Phone reservation agent told us he would charge us small fee to change our flights but then couldn't see flights at all. Told us customer service would refund the money once we emailed them and just charge us the difference instead of charging for two flights. Never heard back from them and sent at least 10 emails. Then with the second flight the first portion was cancelled and seeing as we were going for a day trip we could not switch to a later flight. Trying to get a refund has been next to impossible. They give us a number that is not in service when you call. No responses to email. NEVER again. This airline is corrupt!

Terrible, terrible, terrible service!!! Terrible airline!!! They leave the counter one hour before flights so there is no customer service available for travelers who are delayed. Then they cancel return flights for "no shows" (when there was no help to get on the initial flights) and ask for exorbitant fees to rebook. There is no way of calling customer service. You just have to send an email and then they never respond. My daughter had to pay $950 one way to get to Chile because she was only one hour early for her initial flight and there was no one at the counter to help her. So her flight took off without her. She then rebooked to the tune of $950. Then they cancelled her return flight because they said she was a "no-show" and are charging her an additional $1800 to get back to the US. We will NEVER use this airline again.

Their customer service was terrible. Everyone we interacted with was entirely unhelpful and frequently rude. I understand airlines generally are rigid in their rules but AeroMexico takes it to a level of absurdity. We weren't able to take our flight to our destination, and they used that as justification to not allow us to take our return flight.

This is not the Aeromexico carrier' site here, but the discussions on the services of the Aeromexico. If there is no flight information (e-ticket number / reservation number, date , destinations/ origin / name), noone is able to reply without the correct data and the full data. In order to get the correct reply, kindly attach the reservation / booking number and / or produce air carrier / date / fllight number / airports / your name at least. Requests on refund must produce full name, reservation / e-ticket and email address of the passenger in the attachment. The reply can be handlled within 48 hours - 144 hours by free staff in English. Horrible experience flying with Aeromexico, I hope I don't have to use your airline ever again. first , my mom couldn't fly and although I paid her ticket and didn't cancel because it cost you more to cancel so I didn't do anything, but oh surprise when my daughter and I got in the plane someone was sitting in the middle already (in my mom seat) aeromexico resold the seat, wow. then in the flight back they change my seats twice until I have to go and talk to customer service which gave us a different seats ( I paid for main cabin) abut didn't get main cabin. also, when I was paying for the extra luggage the stupid machine didn't approve the transaction , I thought that it was an error with my bank, I was running like crazy to find out but I went to the teller to get money which I was able to get, therefore the horrible machines were not working, but of course the customer service had no idea. oh also I called to request a different meal for me because I don't eat beef or pork, well they didn't care either nobody in the flight knew about, and the flight attendants are also not nice.
