Terrible website, booked a flight from chengdu to Singapore, made payment via master card , shows error on their web page, checked on bank account payment went through twice and till now I didn't receive any confirmation mail, called their hotline and was told to get back to me within the same day and it didn't happen ,thats disappointing!
