I have flown Air New Zealand about 35 times both domestically and internationally since 1970 and have never had anything but a good experience. Counter and cabin crew are consistently very friendly and helpful and the quality of the experience is always well above average. Food has always been from good to great and the amenities, comfort and equipment excellent.
