People complain about Volaris for a reason. You don't always even get what you pay for. Their website, email service, and phone lines often do not seem to work properly - nor do their flight operations and business practices. Although several previous flights have been fine, two of my most recent four Volaris flights were "delayed" 3-4 hours - and checked baggage was destroyed. Volaris is the least helpful and most dishonest company I have ever dealt with regarding resolving problems. I suggest that anyone reading this choose a different airline.

Volaris is the worst travel agency you can travel with. Customer services is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!. No one there knows how to do their job. They are so unqualified. I will NEVER ever travel with them again. They lost my luggage and they can't do nothing about it but compensate me with 100.00 and i had at least more then 600.00 worth of clothes and gifts.. DON"T USE VOLARIS IS THE WORST!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Volaris has a TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!...MY FAMILY AND i HAD A TRIP FROM TIJUANA-CANCUN this summer. I booked my flights 8 months ahead to avoid any possible problem. they changed our flight 1 day before my original date. I was desperate, and spent the whole day on the phone trying to find out another possible flight to Cancun, I had to change my original departure from tijuana to Los Angeles. then in our way to cancun, they lost my baggage for 2 days I was with no clothes at all. Then in our way back from Cancun, they lost my husband's baggage too!!!...after wasting tons of time trying to talk to someone in charge, they never can help you, they just send you to someone else. ITS A REAL NIGHTMARE DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY!!!...THEY OFFERED US TWO VOUCHERS TO BE USE IN OUR NEXT TRAVEL,....NOW THAT I TRIED TO USE THEM, APPARENTLY, I CAN NOT USE THESE VOUCHERS BECAUSE OF THE EXPIRATION DATE WILL BE BEFORE MY TRIP SCHEDULE DATE!!!!...CAN YOU IMAGINE HOW DISAPPOINTED WE FEEL NOW?..ALL THE TIME WASTED WITH THESE PEOPLE TO GET THOSE VOUCHERS AND THEY ARE JUST FAKE!!!...PLEASE SAVE YOUR ENERGY AND AVOID ALL THESE INCONVENIENCES!!!!....DO NOT FLY WITH VOLARIS!!!

Volaris has terrible customer service, none of the employees seem to know basic information and always charge a bunch of extra fees, forget about rescheduling a flight, they keep your money and do not reimburse you or deduct fees for your new flight. It's really bad and there is nobody to express your concerns to. Everyone at Volaris seems to be a manager and none can provide you with the information you request due to them not being authorized. What type of excuse is that?

Does anyone know how to get an email to Volaris from the US? The email address Vorlaris agents have given me three times is rejected (mailer-daemon note on computer). Volaris acknowledged 2 months ago that they owe me $300 but still haven't paid. I can't get anyone who speaks English on the US customer service line (1-855-865-2747) and can't get an email through to them. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I doubt Volaris will improve their services!! I've experienced nothing but headaches with them. Customer service via phone and in the airport is absolutely horrible!!! I think we should contact the news team since Volaris CEO cares less about their customers

I have a complain, I originally bought two round trip tickets for my parents: departure date 11/17/16, return date 02/17/17. on 02/04/17 I called to request a month extension and requested it to March 2017. The representative screwed it up and schedule the change to March 2018. I been in the phone calling for the last 3 days and they haven't resolve it. I keep waiting for them to apparently listen to the original recording from when I requested the change. But this is insane, my parents need to come home and they are not helping. The only option I see to bring my parents back is to pay again for a change of dates. Even though I already paid for the change I requested. But on top of that I would have to pay the difference in the airfare because supposedly is more expensive. so we are talking about more than 600 dollars for difference in airfare plus the change fee. This is insane, I won't stop until Volaris gives makes the correct change. The flights are from Morelia Michoacan Mex to Oakland CA US. If I have to contact the CEO of Volaris for them to change my parents tickets I will.

Gerald Healy : I need to file a complaint regarding the manner in which Volaris cancelled the herein noted flight 4899 from LAX to BJX on 11-6-16 at 11:50 AM. I flew from Seattle to LA to connect with the above flight. I received no notification in any form, including email or phone, that the flight 4899 was cancelled. I requested a refund from the Volaris Customer Service at LAX and was told to call Volaris. Since 11-6-16, I have made over 12 calls consuming 4 plus hours. Each department referred me to another department. Volaris has refused to refund the $4,590 pesos, which I paid in USA Dollars. Volaris has demonstrated a total lack of professionalism and service to its consumers. I simply want a refund. I was forced to buy a Delta ticket from LAX to BJX at $450 USD. Unless I receive help with matter, I will contact the FAA and Local Newspaper explaining that Volaris is not reliable or professional. Regards, Patrick 253-238-7723 this just happened to my mom. Her flight was cancelled and no one notify us. She had to purchase a different flight with another company with a higher price tag. The compensation for a cancelled flight should be way higher than the price of the ticket. Anyone know the laws FFA laws?
