Terrible flight services, I do understand that it is a low cost company, but the cabin crew members barely spoke English and were not helpful when asking about flight information... Both of my flights were super late and I ended up with a missing luggage on arrival. Then to continue the bad journey, I had to deal with the WORST customer service ever with the operator hanging up on my face while i was trying to have more information.... Will NEVER EVER take this company again. Completely ruined my first day of holiday doesn't worth it at all.

I have been flying with Pegasus Airlines over the last 5 years and their service has been steadily getting worse. Me and other Turkish friends and family had a lot of problems, including lost/delayed luggage, flights with huge delays, terrible customer service etc...We have been enduring it, because their rates were not too bad, they have at least one flight every day fr om Turkey to UK. For me also they fly to a relatively small airport near London (Stansted), which is quite convenient for its location and size (less hectic than Heathrow or Gatwick). However, 4 days ago, when I flew to UK from Turkey, my luggage has not arrived and since then I cannot reach anyone from Pegasus Airlines to get information. My e-mails to customer service is unanswered and noone picks the phones at the numbers given on their website, as if the airline has just vanished after my flight...I never felt so helpless before as a customer. I will obviously not fly with Pegasus any more and would like to warn other people here. If you are flying with only a hand luggage, that may be OK, but if you have a check-in luggage count on not having it back and or having it 1 week later (happened 2 times before)...This time I have no hope, as they don't even reply. I think they lost it and they don't know its wh ereabouts.

Worst experience I ever had!!! 1. The flight attendants and the ground stuff are not friendly, they treat the passengers badly 2. No Air condition in the flight, 3. The pilots are horrible (I had 2 flights with them), I almost throw up during the landing and I don't suffer from any flight sickness. 4. My suitcase was damaged. 5. The fight was delayed in hour 6. They don't offer any water in the flight, if you want water you need to pay for it (they charge you 1.5 euro). I will never fly with Pegasus Airlines again!

Do not fly Pegasus. Bagage damaged. No answers to email. Very very very unfriendly staff. Incredible small seatings. Not helpful while traveling with small baby.

My flight today is delayed 2 hours from Gatwick to Istanbul Because of this I will miss my next Pegasus flight from Istanbul to Delhi. What will happen. R u gonna change my flight and provide me accommodation and compensation for this flight when I land in Istanbul. Not happy first time flying bad experience.

Very good service! Летел с супругой рейсом Львов-Стамбул-Шарм и назад. Работой авиакомпании остался очень доволен. И вот, в частности, почему: 1) Удобная система покупки билетов через Интернет, позволяющая находить дешевые удобные варианты перелёта 2) Отлично работала агент по продаже билетов в Львовском аэропорту, выбирая самый удобный для нас вариант оформления билетов и багажа. 3) Хотя я покупал билеты по самому дешевому тарифу, Pegasus позволил мне переоформить вылет на более позднюю дату без каких бы то ни было доплат. Оба перелета были оформлены как стыковочные, а при регистрациях мне и супруге выделялись смежные места - без дополнительной платы. 4) В обратном билете время вылета из Египта ошибочно было указано по Анкаре, а не по Каиру. Это, конечно, нехорошо, но задолго до вылета сначала Pegasus прислал CMC, потом ко мне дозвонилась (с 3-й попытки) менеджер, а когда она поняла, что я не силен в английском, то дозвонился их русскоязычный сотрудник и таки четко объяснил мне время вылета. 5) Вылет из Львова в Стамбул был отложен на 10 часов. Это, конечно, нехорошо, но причиной откладывания был очень густой туман в Львове, из-за которого подлетавший уже к Львову борт решил вернуться в Стамбул, чтобы позднее снова лететь во Львов – ради обеспечения безопасности пассажиров. Сразу по получении информации о возврате борта в Стамбул всем "задержанным" пассажирам была выдана вода и булочки. Позднее дважды выдавались талоны по $4 на питание в кафе. Информация о причине задержки и её сроках была быстро и четко доведена до пассажиров. 6) Остальные перелеты прошли без сбоев. Полеты и посадки прошли отлично. В самих самолётах мне (с длинными ногами) было достаточно комфортно сидеть.

I have been flying since 1982 for both leisure and business trips. I have flown in various cabins including private jets. In all my time flying I have never experienced such an appalling catalogue of events as I did with Pegasus Airlines aka BA cancelled my flight to Sharm el Sheikh and I had to book Pegasus Airlines for a lot of money for a no frills product. At Baggage Drop Off at LGW, despite my having a boarding pass I was unable to be processed. After two hours I was finally entered onto the flight manifest by Pegasus. At that time I was also advised that my return flight would not land at LGW but at Stansted Airport. There was only availability for a flight returning to LGW five days earlier as I had parked my car at LGW and there were no flights available after my return date. So upon my return, after a night of very little sleep I had to take public transport from Stansted to Gatwick to collect my car and drive home. As Pegasus Airlines is a Turkish airline and not a European airline they do treat customers with little respect. The telephone manner of the airline assistants is of a very poor standard indeed. I cannot recommend Pegasus Airlines at all.
