Good quality planes but a company policy that doesn't care about Customer Service. Emirates airlines are really good in Window dressing when it comes to their Customer Service. At first sight it looks like they're really value their (loyal) customers but unfortunately in reality they don't live up to the expectations they promise to the world. I've been flying with Emirates many times before and also reached their Silver Member Status so you can call me experienced when it comes to this airline. The plane itself, the seats and the food provided are OK. Only when it comes to how they treat their (loyal) customers it becomes a complete different story. Once you've ordered and paid for your ticket they loose their complete interest in you as a customer. They treat you like a number and the only feedback you get are the lines that were written out in their "Customer" scripts. This resulted for me to the (unfortunate) decision to use the Emirates services in the future and look for other airlines which provide proper Customer Service

why all the negative reports I have flown emirates over the past ten years and have found them to be the most courteous of airlines with the best flight attendants ever , nothing is a bother to them just ask and they are there with request. Sometimes people over expect service from attendants, try to do there job once for 7 hour flight and servicing over 250 passengers of differing nationalities. I always say walk a mile in someone else s shoes. Thank you Emirates for ten years of happy flying

Emirates are great on other routes, but plain awful in Hong Kong. I would rather fly with a budget airline than with Emirates in Hong Kong. By the way, they only offer in town check in ON THE DAY OF THE FLIGHT, which is pretty * useless

Very disappointed with the Emirates. The service is third class. Aboard did not receive the pre-ordained vegetarian food. The board attentions really are not the kind I expected. Emirates are rather advertising. The lost miles, to expire. I do not recommend this airline to reach Dubai Airlines Cathay would definitely well.

Chauffeur drive car did not turn up for the 3 am pick-up, just wonderful. Three choices of main course in Business Class; my first two preferences were not available. Got left with the vegetarian option and I would rather go hungry.

Dear Emirates Team, X I arrived back to Bengaluru on flight EK 566 on 23/10/2017 with from Dubai with baggage tag no EK 399842. Upon opening my checked in luggage, I noticed that it has been messed around with. To my horror, I am missing a brand new Samsung Galaxy S8 phone from my luggage, among other things. Only the phone was taken and the box was left in my suitcase. The box was taped around.Its a shocking case of theft. I would like your airline to take responsibility for this incident and help me recover from this loss. I sincerely believe your prestigious airline will do your best to not only help me but also take actions to avoid any such inconvenience to passengers. I have attached relevant pictures (ticket, tag no, torn mobile cover & invoice of phone) in the mail for your reference. As an ex Emirates cabin crew I can safely say the company is just winging it, From experience the cabin crew with problems get passed on from department to department to the point of many crew suicides, as the quality of management employed are just there for the money and therefore don't care about the actual job. In regards to passengers having problems with lost baggage and airport staff giving wrong information to their so called "frequent flyers" this is because so many uneducated people from low profile countries are employed at very low rate and seem to be careless and not care about responsibilities they are given, due to being paid so little. other airlines such as asian airlines, turkish airlines and even BA have had cheaper flights and a more friendly and helpful attitude towards their passengers.
