I travel 90% of my workdays for the past 4 years and have not come across a bad customer service such as this. It is almost impossible to contact them on time over the phone to resolve baggage issues. My luggage was tampered with at the Prague airport and the lock was broken. I reported the loss the same day to CSA over the phone and was told to report on the online form. Upon doing that, It took them 24 days to get back, saying "we are sorry but you should have locked your bag". I replied saying I did lock it and showed them a picture of it too. Another 23 days later, I get a response saying "Since you did not report within 7 days, we cannot help. Better luck next time!" These guys send you on a run around instead of a quick resolutions. It is a shame that such people now run an airline which has running since 1923!!!

We were rerouted through Prague for connecting flight to BTS with a four hour layover - we had boarding passes issued by Czech Airlines in Amsterdam. We were in the final boarding when we were pulled aside and told our tickets were no good and two standby passengers allowed to board. We were forced to stay overnight in Prague at our expense. We had to fight the next morning to have our tickets honored. We have sought reimbursement from the airlines and been given the run around. I would not recommend ever using this airline.

C class TLV to PRG. I was very impressed with the attentiveness of the flight attendants. A welcome drink on boarding, then more drinks followed by a hot breakfast (no choice of meal but still very good) and regular drink runs and snacks offered after. It was my first experience with Czech and was very impresses with their business class product. It is simple yet very elegant with excellent customer service which set them apart from other airlines. My only complaint is that at Ben Gurion TLV their was no priority boarding for business class passengers at all. I don't know if this is standard with CSA or just the unprofessional staff at the Ben Gurion Airport which I have to deal with every time I travel to Israel. In any event it would be a nice detail to just allow business class passengers and SkyTeam Elite partners passengers to board just a few minutes ahead of the other passengers.

Hi ... . . . . . my flight was from pisa to kos on 20 jul But the air line may b had some problam and next day they say me you have fligt but 2days stay in Prague ..then i send a mail on customer care but they no reply me ..i buy this ticket 236 euro tell me what can i do !

I am truly disappointed with the HR side. My flight was cancelled and the only way to confirm the alternate flight proposed was via a phone call. I called the call center. They answered right away but then proceded to put me on hold for more than 20 minutes each time because the person who answered was not authorized to help me. This happened three times over an hour and a half and I still did not get to reconfirm my new booking. There was no other alternative - respond to the text or the email they sent. It seems to me that you need to reassess the set up of your call center and your customer service.

They are awful they schedule a number of planes on one day and then cancel them transferring people to one flight. They sold us seats on a high priced afternoon flights and then put us on the plane with low cost fare and kept the money. They don't have a creditable complaints system and are unable to meet basic standards of communication. In all the worst practices of any airline, shitty attitude and only exist because of restricted route availability in Praha. Heed my warning or you are likely to to endure a ruined holiday. They have a poor attitude to their customers which is standard in Czech Rep

Do not leave unattended luggages anywhere in Prague Airport, if you stop over there with Czech Airlines ask for your luggage and keep it with you,next to you, they may have a luggage deposit somewhere in the airport if you plan a trip downtown, my luggage and ,reportedly, many others have been searched and items stolen during the Stop Over, don't expect any refund from Czech Airlines, they will try everything for not refunding you, their customer care is ridicolous!!
