Just horrible. I took a charter flight from Moscow last month. The plane was 5 hours late in leaving. No effort made to explain the delay, ground staff ignorant and absent, cabin crew were appalling, food disgusting, and the pilot could barely disguise his irritation at having to make the routine address to the passengers. No apology from him for being late, nothing, they could not have shown more disdain towards their customers if they had actually tried to. Cattle traveling in a rail car get more courtesy. If you can avoid them, then avoid them!
