Worst experience with an airline. I was charged in error by flair air for a ticket I did not purchase for a flight I did not take! The charge for this imaginary flight happened in January 2018. I have contacted them many times by phone and e-mail and am still waiting for a refund. It is now June 2018. I have turned this matter over to my credit card fraud department for resolution. Do not book on this airline!

Impossible to get them on the phone to change ticket or ask questions (this is not the first trip they have screwed up for my family-but the last). They simply do not pick up the phone. They are happy to take your money with an online reservation system, but if there are any problems that you want/need resolved, I have no idea how you would be able to address them. Good luck finding customer representatives at the airport too. If you have problems with your flight, know that their customer service people and phone line are not 24/7 and may not be open at the time when you are flying and having problems. Before you put your money down and buy a ticket, call their customer service number and see if anyone answers. This experience will inform you about what luck you will have if you ever have problems with your flight.

Flair Air cancelled my flight last minute even though they sent an email that morning reminding me of the flight. I was flying to Hamilton, WiMTWth my two children. They rr-routed me to Toronto on a flight 3 hours later arriving after mid night. The told me to grab a taxi because my ride was at the Hamilton Airport at 9pm not the Toronto airport past midnight. That was on March 27. They still haven't paid for my taxi 8 weeks later. I have sent 12 emails reminding them. Brutal neglect.

I would not recommend this airline! Our flight was fine but the airline lost our toddler car seat on a direct flight - on Christmas day. We were stuck at the airport for 2 hours without any assistance from the baggage crew. It has now been nearly a month and I have not had a response from the airline despite my numerous phone calls and emails. This new airline is able to offer discounted flights but has no mechanism for customer support and has not proven themselves capable of resolving baggage issues.

Flair is the worst airline I have ever flown with. Every single time I have flown with Flair, I have faced delay of more than 8 to 9 hours. Currently, its 11:16 pm (25th May) and I am waiting in the lounge at the edmonton airport for my toronto flight at 12:15 am (26th May) which was originally supposed to take off at 6:15pm (25th May) and then at 10:15pm and then at 11:00 pm and now at 12:15 am. Flair has no respect for others time...Period..Even the staff at the flair counter seems to be highly arrogant and unapologetic. I and along with 50 passengers waiting in the lounge are praying that flair goes out of business soon so that it stops ruining peoples valuable time. I will make sure that I do enough damage to your companys reputation that you lose every single customer. Needless to say, I would like to be heavily compensated for my lost time and energy. Lesson Learned: Never ever fly with Flair.

I have travel from Hamilton to Winnipeg and back at the first of March on a promotion code trye d to sign up again April and system sent out did same back in Feb of this rebooked tickets 2 weeks later with another airline. Flights are good cheap but very difficult to print tickets and get military discount that they advertise 7168005814

This airline is a joke. Changed my flight on the weekend before Spring Break to a time that I could not make. On hold for 2 hours and they hung up. No other phone number to talk to anyone in a supervision or manager position. NOTHING. Sent 3 emails that they said would be responded to within 48 HOURS, which is ridiculous. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM EVER.

Don't book with Flair Airlines....my son was left stranded in Winnipeg last night trying to get to Hamilton. Seat was booked and confirmed, boarding pass was issued...he even went through security to find there was no flight. Had to book with West Jet to get to Toronto and then arrange further transportation to Hamilton.....Flair doesn't want to take responsibility. Flight was book through Flair website...although somehow eDreams issued itinerary...neither will take responsibility.....wonder how Transport Canada will react knowing several people made it through security with "bogus" boarding passes!!!
