My experience with Cebu Pacific Air was always pleasant. Their tickets are extremely cheap as compared to other carriers in Philippines. And what i love flying with them is their games on board! It's such a great idea and is so much fun for passengers who loves souvenirs take home for their love ones.

Cebu pacific is a dishonest airline. I paid for premium seats on 3 flights between Manila and Bangkok last year for flights in June, September and November. They raised their rates for the said seats and asked me to pay for the difference between what I had paid and their new rates. As far as I am concerned, I made a contract with them for those seats at the lower rates. They deleted my reserved seats from my itinerary without informing me. When I called the airline mystified as to what happened, they refused to acknowledge that they deleted it from my itinerary and just said that I had to add to get the equivalent seats on the bigger aircraft they are using instead of the smaller one they were supposed to use. And their call center agents are rude!!

I travelled very frequently between Hong Kong and Cebu and the staffs is quite unfriendly and do not care about customers. Buying a ticket is a real pain too. If you are not careful you will be buying a lot of things you do not want or need and it takes forever to unselect them too. Onboard food is always the same thing (neither good or bad).

I have booked ticket last 10/09/17 at 9pm for my brother and his family travelling to Ozamis City and choose the 24hrs hold in payment centers. We were about to pay it yesterday 10/10/17 at 5:58pm using credit card but upon clicking the PAY NOW, an error message says 'ERROR[1014:BookingWasModified]' but status was still PENDING. Since it's an error, we have no choice but to close it and reopen the site. But upon reopening my booking status was changed to CANCELLED. I have called the customer service, emailed the email address found in the net for your group bookings , and even ask help from your facebook page but to no avail. I even sent screenshots on your facebook page but they did nothing. Please help. email me @ sheryl_leonardo@yahoo.com

Andrew : Hi. I booked a flight going to Dubai, I already paid the amount but then I cannot find any flight details nor print my flight itinerary. Do I have to wait for them to give my flight details? Please help there is no booking reference number no official receipt Guest : Guest : Mr.Anonymous : Good day to all, i just wanted to share my horrible experience with online booking at Cebu Pacific site. I had completed all the process and had been able to enter the correct details of the card that i used. After the payments had been done i was just shocked that amount has been deducted on the card but the status shows status closed.Anyone here who experienced the same scenario please give clues on how to get the itinerary receipt. I didnt even receive any mails from cebu pac. hi there? Was this already resolved? I have the same prob as yours. naresolve na po ba ang problema niyo patungkol po dito? kasi nagbooked din ako ng ticket ngayon lang ganito po ang problema na naencountr ko.
