Very bad company they actually pick who will they block from online check in so they can scam you on airport and it happened to me. Online chat is very buggy, its made that connections break all the time and online staff is incredibly NOT helpful at all. They disconnect you for no reason without helping you further to resolve the issue to forward you toward airport check in and make your stay in Turkey even more unconvenient, which will wrap up not only my experience but from other people too. Goodluck in the future, cause Im not returning and I can only hope that this message reach out to every person ever trying to book with SUNEXPRESS.
I would give 0 stars if possible!

“Absolute Shambles of an air line”

What a shambles of an airline.

Booked special assistance as I am disabled and have very limited mobility. When we arrived at Dalaman we was told to wait for wheel chairs, that's no problem, we waited for 30 minutes, was then told we had to leave the plane ans wait, another 20 minutes passed and finally some one arrived with one wheel chair there was 8 people waiting, after another 30 minutes I finally got a wheelchair, I was pushed for not even a minute and the we stopped and I was told to go get and walk because I didn't have a reservation, I protested but he put the brakes on and refused to move,I asked if my husband could push me and was told no, we need the wheel chair for those woth a reservation, I tried to explain again he wasn't interested, I told him I couldn't walk that far but he was still refused, finally I had no choice but to get out the wheel chair, a walk that should of taken 5 minutes too me nearly 30 minutes, every step agony, by thebtimenI got to the passport control I could barley stand and was crying in pain, thankfully the officer saw what was happening and radioed someone and b wheel chair was bought to me for my husband to push the final part. I lost 3 days of my holiday because I was stick in my room barley able to move due to pain due to the unnecessary walking I was made to do.
I contacted sun express and im still waiting for a reply 8 weeks later, I personally will never fly with then again

It is the worst airlines I’ve ever flown. They were delayed by 3 hours. The plane arrived in an emergency condition. All the flight attendants were stressed and were screaming at passengers. Then all the passengers were told that the plane needed refueling, which would take another 40 minutes, after that the plane couldn't start at all. All the passengers were scared to fly on this plane. the service was disgusting. i was with a small child, after such a long wait i asked for water to drink, the flight attendant refused us and said later. although the man in front of us asked for water, she brought it to him and after us he asked again and the same flight attendant brought water to him and his wife again and completely ignored us. In the middle of the flight they made an announcement that the airline was apologizing for being late and for this they were giving all the passengers half a glass of water in plastic cups as an apology from the airline. When they were bringing water to passengers, they ignored and passed me and my baby. I tried to talk to the flight attendant about what was going on, they didn't speak English. The flight was at night when everyone was sleeping they turned on the light and said that it was time to eat and that all passengers should read the prices for food and this happened 2 times at night. The food was disgusting. This is the most shameful and disgusting airline that can exist.

awful airline, scammed out of £40 because we couldn’t download our tickets as it kept saying error message. All data had been captured .. misogynistic supervisor at Antalya airport didn’t listen and demanded payment…held us to ransom.
Plane dirty, and no room in front of seats..
Flying TUI where rep tried to help .. but just a student .. TUI London then accused me of not sorting out the night before … 10,00pm on a Sunday night - yeah I’m sure that would have been sorted in Turkey.
Ryanair looks positively professional compared to these cowboys..
DONT USE THIS AIRLINE

AVOID!! Awful company to fly with.
We done our online checkin day before we flew we had all our boarding passing but when we went to the desk we were told they wernt valid and had to pay £60 as a change was made after we check in (this was not true no change was made) they also told us we had 3 mins before the gate was shut so we ran like mad with 5 children, then hand luggage got pulled to be searched (random check) so all kids were crying i was crying as thought we were missing our flight.
A lovely lady (airport staff) rushed out bag to the front of the que. We gotta the Gate where there was loads of passengers still waiting to go through the gateaux we were also waiting 40 mins over our flight time in the holding bag.
So on the way back we tried to check in again with the link they sent us everytime we got to the confirm button it would come up with a error message although I checked in my daughter (who was on a separate booking) in the same way which was all fine. We then got to checkin to be told we needed to pay £75 was told if it a error on their system we could get a refund now im home im told I can't get one!!!
To top it off they have lost my daughterscase and it never got loaded onto the plane.
Am told it would be delivered by tomorrow but the status on the email is saying they are still trying to locate it.
Never will I fly with these again and being English the communication with the Turkish language is very difficult

We are flying tomorrow from newcastle to Antalya. After check in you allocated my 2 year old daughter a seat 10 rows in front of us and my 4 year old daughter 15 rows in front of us. After called and advised a 4 year old and a 2 year old are not able to legally sit on a plane without a parent. You then charged me £48 for you to follow the law. It’s absolutely scandalous to put a 2 year old by themselves. I’m going to put on a review everywhere I can find and I will never ever use your airline again.

SunExpress is very disappointed I will not travel again with them I not recommend they are scam , we pay for luggage before we came to turkey antalia return ticket with hand luggage and 20 kilo baggade in Gatwick all was ok they said return will be same . At the aeroport in Antalya turkey they charged me £165 for the luggage is really disappointed no information enough on emails no call asnsered so horrible experience I will never travel with sunexpress is scam and turkey is not cheap as they say

Sunexpress lost my baggage, after seven days, still it cannot be located! My vacation is almostover with none of my belongings. Noone to talk to directly, lousy chat service stating the team is looking for the luggage! I will try to avoid traveling with sunexpress in the future. I blame Lufthansa too as it was thr initial airline, they are even worse as their system is just an answering service. Munich airport is also is irresponsible, lousy service. I woild not teavel with lufthansa and sunexpress in the future as i donot wanna even deal with this ignorant staff again. My trip ruined because of them.

I would give this a negative number because it is CR@P.

Spent 3 hours trying to enter details to check in for 6 people. Can't proceed to check in until you pay for a seat - in fact why am I wasting my time writing a review.

We had business tickets with Lufthansa. Empty middle seat, 2 hand luggages and food and drinks. The stewardess said she had no information about my meals and asked for proof that I paid for it. Yeez, that’s a conversation you don’t want to have in the air. Priority boarding, space for hand luggage didn’t exist. After 40 minutes she is coming back and offering canned chicken or canned meat. No explanation. We paid for Sent complaint to Lufthansa and the excuse and apology was ok but totally wrong conclusion about the service they offered.

A company of crooks and thieves. They refuse to refund the money for their own approved refund of tickets. Motivated by the fact that the account in banks without IBAN they do not fit, I remind you that IBAN have only European banks. That is not a single buyer not from the USA, Australia or anywhere else will not get their money back!

2 stupid starters ladies laughing and taking 1 hour with costumers , didn’t care about the long queue they created , rudely asking us to pay 20 euros because we didn’t do the online check in , Sunexpress is responsible about it because the system was down !!!!!! I’m sure it was on purpose to make people paying
The ladies doesn’t understand English and refused to give is the boarding pass
Stupid and unprofessional, irresponsible

2 hours delay btw

Their app is a joke, the online check in is horrible and the whole plane was empty, yet it gave us seats in 2 different rows totally away from each other

The worst company ever. I had flight from Munich to Antalya with infant. And sunexpress forgot to load stroller to the plane. And they did nothing to ship it to us at all! So I was left with baby on hands without stroller. I opened lost case in the airport, I sent about 20 emails to company, I opened case on their website. And they don't give a sh!t. Telling that they have shortage of staff... probably just need to be more attentive and make proper job and load clients things to plane.

If I could have put zero as a rating I would have. Had a flight cancelled today due to bad weather. No staff on hand to help only to tell us to call a call centre. As you can imagine everyone is calling the same no. Flight was at 6. Still trying to call the call centre at 10pm. Turkish airlines and Pegasus supported their passengers with hotel accommodation and rescheduling of flights, sun express offered nothing so we ended up having to pay for accommodation and a new flight, appalling service.

This airline discriminated against sports
They have no idear about sport equipment and there policy is so stupid and is discriminatory
There call centre has no idea what they are doing and do not no the difference between golf clubs and a tennis racket
