awful airline, scammed out of £40 because we couldn’t download our tickets as it kept saying error message. All data had been captured .. misogynistic supervisor at Antalya airport didn’t listen and demanded payment…held us to ransom.
Plane dirty, and no room in front of seats..
Flying TUI where rep tried to help .. but just a student .. TUI London then accused me of not sorting out the night before … 10,00pm on a Sunday night - yeah I’m sure that would have been sorted in Turkey.
Ryanair looks positively professional compared to these cowboys..

We done our online checkin day before we flew we had all our boarding passing but when we went to the desk we were told they wernt valid and had to pay £60 as a change was made after we check in (this was not true no change was made) they also told us we had 3 mins before the gate was shut so we ran like mad with 5 children, then hand luggage got pulled to be searched (random check) so all kids were crying i was crying as thought we were missing our flight.
A lovely lady (airport staff) rushed out bag to the front of the que. We gotta the Gate where there was loads of passengers still waiting to go through the gateaux we were also waiting 40 mins over our flight time in the holding bag.
So on the way back we tried to check in again with the link they sent us everytime we got to the confirm button it would come up with a error message although I checked in my daughter (who was on a separate booking) in the same way which was all fine. We then got to checkin to be told we needed to pay £75 was told if it a error on their system we could get a refund now im home im told I can't get one!!!
To top it off they have lost my daughterscase and it never got loaded onto the plane.
Am told it would be delivered by tomorrow but the status on the email is saying they are still trying to locate it.
Never will I fly with these again and being English the communication with the Turkish language is very difficult
We are flying tomorrow from newcastle to Antalya. After check in you allocated my 2 year old daughter a seat 10 rows in front of us and my 4 year old daughter 15 rows in front of us. After called and advised a 4 year old and a 2 year old are not able to legally sit on a plane without a parent. You then charged me £48 for you to follow the law. It’s absolutely scandalous to put a 2 year old by themselves. I’m going to put on a review everywhere I can find and I will never ever use your airline again.
SunExpress is very disappointed I will not travel again with them I not recommend they are scam , we pay for luggage before we came to turkey antalia return ticket with hand luggage and 20 kilo baggade in Gatwick all was ok they said return will be same . At the aeroport in Antalya turkey they charged me £165 for the luggage is really disappointed no information enough on emails no call asnsered so horrible experience I will never travel with sunexpress is scam and turkey is not cheap as they say
Sunexpress lost my baggage, after seven days, still it cannot be located! My vacation is almostover with none of my belongings. Noone to talk to directly, lousy chat service stating the team is looking for the luggage! I will try to avoid traveling with sunexpress in the future. I blame Lufthansa too as it was thr initial airline, they are even worse as their system is just an answering service. Munich airport is also is irresponsible, lousy service. I woild not teavel with lufthansa and sunexpress in the future as i donot wanna even deal with this ignorant staff again. My trip ruined because of them.

Spent 3 hours trying to enter details to check in for 6 people. Can't proceed to check in until you pay for a seat - in fact why am I wasting my time writing a review.
We had business tickets with Lufthansa. Empty middle seat, 2 hand luggages and food and drinks. The stewardess said she had no information about my meals and asked for proof that I paid for it. Yeez, that’s a conversation you don’t want to have in the air. Priority boarding, space for hand luggage didn’t exist. After 40 minutes she is coming back and offering canned chicken or canned meat. No explanation. We paid for Sent complaint to Lufthansa and the excuse and apology was ok but totally wrong conclusion about the service they offered.
A company of crooks and thieves. They refuse to refund the money for their own approved refund of tickets. Motivated by the fact that the account in banks without IBAN they do not fit, I remind you that IBAN have only European banks. That is not a single buyer not from the USA, Australia or anywhere else will not get their money back!

2 stupid starters ladies laughing and taking 1 hour with costumers , didn’t care about the long queue they created , rudely asking us to pay 20 euros because we didn’t do the online check in , Sunexpress is responsible about it because the system was down !!!!!! I’m sure it was on purpose to make people paying

Their app is a joke, the online check in is horrible and the whole plane was empty, yet it gave us seats in 2 different rows totally away from each other
The worst company ever. I had flight from Munich to Antalya with infant. And sunexpress forgot to load stroller to the plane. And they did nothing to ship it to us at all! So I was left with baby on hands without stroller. I opened lost case in the airport, I sent about 20 emails to company, I opened case on their website. And they don't give a sh!t. Telling that they have shortage of staff... probably just need to be more attentive and make proper job and load clients things to plane.
The flight attendant was very rude. I would not suggest anybody travel by SunExpress.
Horrible service, rude staff. We were left at the airport in Antalya .they didnt let us fly back to berlin even it was against the law.
If I could have put zero as a rating I would have. Had a flight cancelled today due to bad weather. No staff on hand to help only to tell us to call a call centre. As you can imagine everyone is calling the same no. Flight was at 6. Still trying to call the call centre at 10pm. Turkish airlines and Pegasus supported their passengers with hotel accommodation and rescheduling of flights, sun express offered nothing so we ended up having to pay for accommodation and a new flight, appalling service.
