I booked a flight with Sky Airlines while planning a trip with a friend, and I encountered numerous issues, the most significant being that I couldn't pay for the plane ticket due to problems with their website. After multiple attempts, the payment finally went through—or so I thought. At the end of the month, I discovered that they had charged me twice. This double charge was a huge and unfortunate mistake.
When I contacted their support team, they claimed to have refunded me, even providing a false PDF document as proof. I had to contact my bank to report the transaction as fraud. Unfortunately, the bank's investigation revealed that there was no attempt by Sky Airlines to refund me.
After several months of exchanging emails and often receiving responses a month later, they assured me they would handle the case ASAP, which they never did. I sent them a document stating that if they didn't reply within 15 days, I would sue them. Sadly, I now have to follow through with legal action.
TO ALL POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS: NEVER BOOK ANYTHING WITH SKY AIRLINES!
They are dishonest, lack any compassion, and are not professional, as reflected in their poor reviews. Don't make the same mistake I did. They might double or triple charge you "by mistake" and never refund you. Avoid at all costs!

This is the worst company I have ever flown with in my entire life!
On April 20 we had a flight from Santiago to Sao Paulo. We were three passengers and two dogs. We handed over two dogs to cargo.
When we arrived in Sao Paulo, we were informed that our dogs were forgotten in Santiago by Sky Airline employees! That is, Sky Airline employees simply forgot to put the dogs on board and our dogs were still at the Santiago airport! Alone! Without water, food, locked inside cages.
In Sao Paulo, all the Sky Airline employees absolutely did not care about what happened, they told us that our dogs could only be delivered to Sao Paulo in 24 hours! In a day! That is, our dogs had to sit in a cage for 1.5 days!
Moreover, Sao Paulo was not our final destination. In less than 24 hours we had a flight from Sao Paulo to Istanbul and then immediately from Istanbul to St. Petersburg! Our tickets cost more than 6 thousand euros for three passengers with two dogs on Turkish Airlines!
Just imagine what I experienced!
We had no choice but to change our tickets, but the next tickets for all of us were only April 24th!
We also bought tickets back to Santiago and took the next flight out of Sao Paulo to find our dogs at Santiago airport and feed them. Then that evening we flew AGAIN to Sao Paulo with our dogs.
In Sao Paulo we spent three days in a hotel waiting for our next flight to Istanbul.
I paid 3884 USD just to change all our tickets! + I spent a lot of money on hotels, taxis, food and other expenses.
And Sky Airline is not going to refund this money to me!
Moreover, I can't even write a complaint because they don't have a complaints department!
Just imagine, I was on my way for 5 days instead of 2 and spent over $5,000 because some Sky Airline employee forgot to bring our dogs on board!
This is INSANE!
And there's no one to blame for this! And there’s no one responsible !
And no one will pay me my money back!

I flew from Cusco to Lima. The staffs at the gate had me measure my carry on at their gate. My carry on was able to go through the slot but it got stuck from the handle that attached in the middle luggage. They made me pay $36 for a carry on that I already paid for!! They were so rude and mean and threaten not to let us board the flight if we don’t pay. I WILL NEVER IN MT LIFE TIME AGAIN FLY WITH THIS CHEAP AIRLINE!!
They will try their best to squeeze every penny out of you anyway possible!!

They cancelled my reservation on their end immediately after charging me for it and will not refund the $380 they charged me for it. Customer service is non existent, all you can do is email them and get a generic response they will evaluate your claim within 30 days.
Had to dispute the payment with paypal and my credit card to get it refunded. Illegal and immoral business practices and they should not be allowed to do business in the US

Incredibly bad customer service experience this morning in Calama, Chile. I fly frequently and have never been compelled to write a negative review, but such a horrible experience this morning, I had to mention.

Dont use this airline ! There is no way to talkto anyone, they will cancel your reservation and rebook you on their time line. Poor customer service.

Customer service is lacking. when my passenger arrived at the airport Sky could not "find" his electronic ticket so charged three times as much to replace a perfectly valid ticket. Then will not work with us for a refund. It's the same as stealing in my opinion...very poor. May want to avoid even if the fare is lower. Any problems and you'll be on your own.
