I have booked with Jetairfly twice. I had no problems the first time, as I purchased a one-way ticket from Orlando to Brussels. The second time I made the same reservation for new years eve, except it was a roundtrip. I arrive to the airport, located 4 hours from my home, only to be told that my reservation was cancelled for no apparent reason, and I was not able to board the plane. They claimed an email was sent to me regarding my cancelled flight, but I never got any; and I'm reliable when it comes to checking emails. I had the reservation on hand, but they still refused to seat me. I booked via Orbitz.com, who helped me get a last minute ticket, but I had to miss a day of my 5 day trip and pay extra for a new one.
As if that wasn't frustrating enough, I was working with Orbitz so I could at least receive a refund for the trip they cancelled on me. It took two months to reach Jetairfly. I finally received an email from Orbitz regarding my refund. I paid $560 USD and they only returned $5 USD of unused taxes. So not only did they ruin my holiday, but they also kept the money for a flight I supposedly wasn't seated for. And I called the Jetairfly customer service since Orbitz practically said I was on my own. The person I talked to wasn't the most professional at his job, and he gave me an email to send. To no surprise, I haven't heard back. So if you're trying to purchase a cheap ticket, save yourself the headache and avoid this airline at all costs! You have a good chance to save money, but you're also highly susceptible to having reservation problems at the last minute.

NEVER FLY WITH JETAIRFLY!!!

I bought 2 return tickets ( Izmir - Brussels - Izmir ) from Jetairfly. Our flight was on Thursday 24th of September at 21.10 pm. After arrival airport at 19.15 pm for check-in, we realized that the plane took off ( approximately 2 hours before mentioned time ). Neither I got e-mail not got any phone call or sms about the updated departure of flight. I tried to contact someone from Jetairfly however there were no one who is responsible for Jetairfly flights.

We couldn't make our trip that we planned weeks ago and paid a lot for visa, hotel, plane tickets, stamps and etc., just for not being informed about the updated departure of Brussels flight (TB 4955). We had wasted our both money and 3 days holiday just because of Jetairfly's neglect. They also claimed that they sent e-mail about the departure of flight however I did not get it and even I asked to forward that mail to me they could not send because they know that there is no such e-mail. JETAIRFLY CHEATED AND LIED TO ME.

Take my advice! Do not book reservations with this airline. We made reservations in February to fly from Berlin to Antwerp. Booking confirmation received. All is good. We get to Berlin airport and they said that the Visa was denied. No emails prior to this. Nothing. They didn't have any information on us though we showed the confirmation number. We gave another credit card number. Oops! Too late to book because flight leaving soon. I would never recommend this airline to anyone. Pay the extra and choose an airline that is reliable. Our plans were upended because of this poor business practice.

I have often flown with Jetairfly particularly from Brussels to Tenerife and never had problems. The staff are nice, the service is efficient. It is true you cannot check in online, but i try to live with that in view that i get a direct flight that is on time and that i am treated well.

Just about the ruddiest Customer Service I have ever experienced in my life, my only advice is to avoid this airline if they can't even try to be polite why give them your custom. I personally will never use them again.

This company does not accept Credit Cards from Canada and the phone number does not work on Skype either.
They need to improve on the payment methods for International Customers who are abroad and would like to try there airline.
