I had a flight purchased in February or march, for August. In May, Interjet changed my flight to have a stop in Mexico City. I canceled the flight, asked for reimbursement submitted all the information and yet have not received my flights reimbursement. Orbitz also tried to communicate without success.
I have been corresponding with one of your staff, Cecilia Rojas, and now I call her and she doesn't answer, the call just drops.
This is ridiculous,
No one to talk if my reimbursement will be given.

They cancelled my non-stop flight and rebooked me on a 10hour 1-stop flight. I chose nonstop for a reason. I've been trying to cancel and get a refund for 3 days. Orbitz has been trying as well but they just keep transferring us to another agent and another agent. Not one person has been able to help and I've spoken to at least 15 people at Interjet. They are a fraud and a scam. This is their schtick, lure you in with a great priced flight and then change it later and give you the run around when you try to change it or get a refund. DO NOT FLY THIS AIRLINE!
We have been very satisfied with our experience with Interjet. American Airlines has been less than satisfactory and United is not even a consideration. We used to fly Aeromexico, but decided Interjet is better. Only problem is booking.
Sat for over 3 hours in runway after landing, crew made no announcements and only served water after people complained. Weather was clear, so there was no good reason for this, crew claimed there was no ground crew to open gate or handle luggage!
