The airline is living in * ages. In this time of Corona when everything is online and supposed to have least in-person contact, they still force you to come and verify the purchase at sales office if you have made online payment for your relative. The call center agent fails to listen or provide any solution if they are inquired. If an online payment is still to be verified in-person, kindly do not accept it using website, this leads to sever inconvenience.
They have outsourced their Ticket selling and facilitation desk to Dnata. Who are misguiding passengers without having the proper information. I missed the flight due to miss-guidance of the Air blue partner (Danata). Later on I discussed the matter with Air Blue manager on the Dubai Airport he refused to listen anything and started behaving rudely. Highly not recommended to travel on this Airline from Dubai to Pakistan.
Their customer care services are the worst services... in my whole air traveling history( national and international) I never ever faced such horrible experience. Yes....
My destination was Karachi n I reached on time there... at check in counter There was a long que before me when I needed to use restroom(as I was a expected mother and it's hard to hold).. so I asked their attendent... He said yes no prb I'm here... I assure again n bcz he was wearing an airblue uniform I left with satisfaction...and when I came back they said u r late...
Also they have a limited facilities of rescheduling etc..

N why u have to if there is more better airline...
Air Sial is offering much better services and regards U n prefer humans over rules n regulations.
Delayed by 14hours on 27.12.2017, spending whole night and day at the airport was miserable and staff was neither arranging a refund or a stay somewhere in hotel nor was in a mod to tell us about the delay.
Airblue delayed by 6 hours, never had this kind of * experience in life. Flight was from Dubai to Islamabad pa210 on 9/2/2018 at 6.25am but delayed 6 hours and got no compensation, hence had to stay at the airport. They did provide food but hey 6 hours ! What a shame !
This airline is generally very poor across the board, including bad service and lack of apology, difficulty in finding information, and hard to to get hold of.
Throw in last minute change of airport you are departing from, this is likely to be one of the worst airlines you could spend money on. The changes in airport means any money you saved will be lost when cancelling transport, just pay a little more for emirates tickets, and you will be saving money as a whole.
I have tarvelled via air blue flight, journet remained good with them.
The important matters which really need to chage for improvment,
mismanagment of time of flight
Its too much and complicated process in amenment of flight tiem/date and more than this its too much difficult to get back money in case of cancel og flight.
Please its my humble request to you improve these except these airblue is best for us people as fares are affordable
flew on Air Blue for the first time during my recent trip to Pakistan from Karachi to Islamabad, and then from Lahore to Karachi. Overall I had a pleasant experience as the flights departed and arrived on time, the food was reasonable, and purchasing tickets online was a breeze (as compared to PIA). I especially liked the service in the terminal before I checked in as you are welcomed and directed to the counter you need to check in at. The only complaints I had was the silly inflight entertainment which was being shown as I would preferred seeing information with regards to the flight (location, speed, time to distance, etc.), and the service in Business Class was quite similar to that of PIA.
