This was in Oct 2013. I flew from Dublin to London in Business Class, on British Airways A319 plane.

The flight was short, about an hour. The meal service on board was quick, but there was sufficient food for lunch.
Overall, a very enjoyable flight, though it was short.
Take note, for such routes, the Business class cabin seat is exactly the same as Economy class. All they do is to leave the middle seat empty.
