I love Virgin America. I was a United Airlines Million Miler until their merger with Continental. Now UAL treats me like * . Flying with Virgin is a very civilizing experience. Flowers at the check in counter. Staff that acts like they want you to be their customer. Flight attendants who are happy to see you and who look and dress like they like their jobs. Fares are competitive. Seats are by far the most comfortable of all. Their seat back in-flight entertainment system RED is the best bar none and allows you to pre-order and pay for food and drink. The food is far better than you can get on United. Also very happy with their frequent flyer program and ability to get upgrades. Have permanently switched from United to Virgin.

Virgin America is my favorite domestic US airline. They have always treated me well at check-in, seem to have a little more leg room than other airlines, prompt on-demand service, usually great in seat entertainment (had one monitor that did not work well), clean and newer aircraft, and they have always landed early, even up to an hour early. And, this is all economy flying.
I highly recommend them!!!

I travel all the time for work as a travel writer and a standup comedian.
This flight experience blew my mind...it was and is what traveling by air should be like!
