My fly was cancel due to covid but they do not pay back. The phone does not work any more.
Afther fulling the form it says it will pay in 2 months does not true. Also they do no send a confirmation afther fulling the form. Do not go with this airline.

never buy from ural airlines, fraud company, they take ur money and thats it , their site doesnt work properly, cant reach customer service line, never pick up phone, their office staff wont help you even the rep in the airport is not willing to help, keep away from them
