AirAsia auto seat assign system really SUCKS. I booked flight from SG to CNX together with my wife and our seats has been assigned far apart.
I will not choose AirAsia again in all my future trips to any destination and will also inform my family and friends not to book this airline.

Airasia changed my flight time and offered me a free refund which I have been approved for and provided with a case number. But the bank card that I used to book the flight has been stolen and I need to get hold of them to provide them with alternative bank details so that I can get my refund and book another flight. But I can’t get hold of them at all. Please can someone form airasia contact me - my refund case number is 124310471
This is extremely stressful and inconvenient
Non-existent service, will not answer the phone, Ava bot is stupid. By the time you add all the extras (like a seat, etc) you're better off flying with a real airline. Never again.
I give this airline a zero rating.
I rate travelocity a zero as well, for selling me this ticket.
The airline cancelled flights and neither travelocity or Thai Air Asia will refund. Wrote and called.
Horrible Airline. I understand Covid-19 screwed a lot of people but this Airline went into Scrooge mode. They made it almost impossible to get a refund and almost impossible to get credit (if that was a losing option for you). They continue to ask for a Big member ID number even if you aren't a member. They totally stole your money and then essentially * many hours of your time as you attempt to deal with their stupid Ava chat. When you get past that you have to wait for another online chat to become available (if it's available at all). It's basically withholding your cancellation money and frustrating you to the point where you give up as it cost you days of your time.
Absolute scum, I hope the Airline is fined by the countries they operate within. This was not a one off, ten of thousands (perhaps more) customers get shafted.
This airline is terrible. Book any other airline than this one. I was charged 12,500 Baht or $401.00 USD for 35kg of over weight baggage. The Thai people at the counter just made up this price. I contacted Thai Air and they agreed that this was to much! But I paid only because I was late for my flight. They took 20 minutes to charge me 12,250, and the gate was there furthest from the counter. And when I say the furthest, I mean it was at least a 15 minute RUN.
The agent was rude and deliberately made me late, then had the nerve to say, please hurry you'll be late, which was her doing. Pick any other Thai airline but this one. Let this airline go out of business. They would never have charged a Thai this amount, because no Thai would pay 12,250 baht for 35kg
POOR POOR POOR airline!!!!!!!!! Never again!
