My husband purchased a ticket from Nairobi to Dar es Salaam I arrived an hour and a half before my flight but was refused boarding we talked to Precision are they confirmed an hour is plenty to be ahead I have not resolved this issue or the extra expense

I purchased a ticket with this Airline for my wife to fly from Nairobi to Dar es Salaam she arrived at Nairobi airport an hour and a half before the flight and she was told it was too late to get on! She had to fly in later on Kenya airways!
We have contacted Precision Airways but they have not been willing to resolve this!

Two flights to Zanzibar, both late, outbound over booked and 8 hour delay, inbound 3 hours delay which resulted in a missed connection to UK and a further 24 hour delay. Offered $30 each compensation in october 14, still waiting despite many promises.

Flew with Precision NBO-ZNZ, flight was OK. On time, which was more than can be said for luggage - 50% of passengers did not get their luggage, which was later delivered to your hotel at YOUR expense for a $50 taxi fare. Had to claim money back in Stonetown at the end of my holiday which the staff at Precision Air was very unwilling to do even with all the receipts etc. Beware if flying with this outfit - this problem happens a lot!
