I had such a terrible experience with this airline.
I purchased a promotional flight from BNA to ATL for early July and was incredibly disappointed with how the airline handled themselves. I got a call from the airline at midnight the day before my flight informing me that the times had changed and to call them back at a specified number. Upon calling them, I'm informed that my flight is not only canceled is discontinued. When I ask what I'm supposed to do about getting to my destination, the agent was very detached and unsympathetic. I was offered a refund and not even apologized to for the inconvenience. I waited two weeks for my refund to process which still never came through. When I called them back to inquire about my lost funds, they nonchalantly tell me that my card number was invalid and therefor unable to process. I had to re-submit my information with them and am still waiting, 2 weeks later, for my money back for a flight I never took. I will never encourage anyone to fly with this airline, and will in fact warn my family and loved ones to steer clear of this company.

We booked a flight for 4 people to go Kahalui to Molokai online in Feb. 2011 a week before scheduled travel. We never received an email confirmation of any kind, it just said "congratulations, you are now booked!". Since I didn't get a confirmation, I started calling the day before our flight and could not get a live person all day. Finally, at around 10pm the night before we were supposed to leave, one of our party got a live person at their corporate offices and was told that none of us had a reservation. Since we had already booked a place to stay on priceline and couldn't get a refund, we had to take the ferry which cost us even more money. When I returned home a month later and got my credit card statement, I found I was charged for all 4 flights. Since we go to Hawaii every year, I called Pacific Wings and explained the situation, I was told I could use the same ticket to go to Kona next year but it would cost $25 per person since we were not going to the same island as the original ticket. I asked the attendent to note what he told me in the file and he assured me that he did. I just called to book the flight and am now told that I must pay the ticket difference of $70 per person as well. Don't book on this airline if you want to actually get to your location. You get what you pay for....
