The worst airline I ever seen. Our flight rescheduled 3 times on 2 consecutive days without any notification. My advice is to avoid such terrible airline.

Very bad airlines. We stay in airplane 5 hourse without air conditioning in summer . all the people were complaining and one child fainted from the heat. From Milano to Egipt flight 302

Worst airline ever! I’ve tried the airline multiple times traveling from Cairo to Tabuk, each time it was a disaster!!! One time the trip got cancelled while we were at the airport waiting to board the plane, and rest of the time it gets delayed by hours and that’s the normal.
I’ve been making these trips with Nesma from July 2023 till July 2024. Unfortunately, there are very few alternative airlines for this route.

They cancelled our flight last minute and were forced to book a very (very) expensive flight to get home. On top of that, they delayed our refund for months and we had to call/email over 20 times to get them moving.

Such airlines should not be allowed to operate by the Egyptian governoment.

Terrible company, they should be banned from flying.
They cancelled my flight from Aswan without warning, non other flight or compensation was offered, no assistance at all at the airport. I had to buy a new ticket from another airline in order to get to Cairo in time for my connection. They don't answer email or phone calls.

Stay away from Nesma Airlines. They turned my trip from Saudi Arabia to Egypt into a nightmare. They cancel without any warning, The Nesma airline staff at the Airport was horrible with no kindness at all. They don't respond to any complaints and don't answer the phone. The worst airline ever.

Very bad airline. Avoid! I had a flight today to Cairo from Jeddah and they just cancelled without any warning. They don't answer the phone and leave the passengers stranded without any nesma contact at the airport. Worst airline ever.
