Warning: They try to steal out of their responsibility! It’s now 5 months ago I flew with them from BER to JED. While my luggage was in their care, it got damaged (wheels broken off). I reported that instantly after my arrival and handed over all required documentation. Until now, as said 5 months later - they haven’t compensated me for the damage happened under their care. Many emails have been ignored or answered extremely late. It seems they dragging this issue on purpose. Expensive phone calls with the airline, just bring promises BUT NO ACTIONS. I feel everything is a method to make you give up on claiming your rights. My recommendation: don’t fly with them if you don’t want to stand alone when unforeseen problems arise.

You Will be disrespected, you will never get treated good at this airline, and they will not step one step to help you get a good experience using their airline service. Do not book with them you’ll face a headache and problems that will ruin you vacation or trip.

My recent family trip with Flynas was an extremely disappointing experience. As a single mother traveling with three young children, I expected a certain level of assistance and understanding from the airline staff. However, I was met with nothing but indifference and a lack of basic customer service.
When I requested water for my thirsty children, the flight crew refused to provide it unless I purchased it from them. This was particularly egregious considering the length of the flight and the fact that I had already paid for the tickets.
Furthermore, when I attempted to pay for the water using Pakistani currency, the flight crew refused to accept it and insisted on payment in Saudi Riyals. This was despite the fact that Flynas advertises itself as a low-cost airline that welcomes international travelers.
To add insult to injury, the free meal that was supposed to be included with my booking was nowhere to be found. The only food available was for purchase, which significantly increased the cost of our journey.
Overall, my experience with Flynas was nothing short of appalling. The lack of basic amenities, the refusal to provide water for children, and the insistence on payment in Saudi Riyals all point to a company that prioritizes profit over customer service. I strongly urge anyone considering flying with Flynas to reconsider their choice and opt for a more reputable airline.

i have traveled by flynas in sudia many times but travelled from lhr to Dammam by CY884 on 13 january
the check in staff was v strict on the weight and many passengers were facing problem on the weight and payments it should be a little bit flaxiable
i would like to appreciate ur hostesses namely Miss saba her behaviour and services were outstanding and she not only attending each & every passenger with a smiling face but guiding them properly she seemed to be the senior and was also guiding her colleagues v professionally
Me & my wife were sitting in first row and we observed it
I do appreciate Miss Saba flight attendant for behaving with all passengers professionally and she was speaking arabic english & urdu so fluently and perfectly all others have to follow her if u want to make ur airline rating better. she is an asset for ur airline
overall it was v nice to travel flynas with a cheap fare but addition of such like staff like Miss saba can make image of ur airline v high

It is true that the demand is very high the airline must start direct flights to Jeddah and Riyadh with onward flights to Pakistan- notice high volume of passenger sales and excellent service
Start a direct Birmingham UK to Pakistan - Thanks

RUH-JED. Another good flight with Nas Air. The flight left on time, was not too crowded, and an emergency-exit seat was definitely appreciated. The Arab and Eastern European cabin crew made an effort to seat us comfortably, serve promptly, collect rubbish, and smile throughout. While the plane was old (it seemed to be a second-hand ex-Spanish Airbus), it didn't have the tired feeling of many other discount carriers.
