Will never fly with this airline. They were very misleading with the cancelation policy or changing of flight. Agents will try to blame the passengers and will not accept responsibility. Contacting them via email or phone is a nightmare. Do yourself a favor and fly another airline.

I'm so disappointed with the way they shipped my luggage it's supposed to come with me I was checked in at Munich airport to Bangkok Thailand and I have the flight change in Teheran with 1 luggage but they has shipped my luggage to Shanghai then they sent it back to Teheran. Wast my time I have to waiting for my luggage in Bangkok. They need more responsibilities.

I have taken various airlines so far, and I personally think Mahan Air is almost keeping up with the standards of many others. The staff are courteous and efficient, the food is good and the aircraft (the plane) is new and modern. Compared to some airlines such as Qatar airways or Turkish airlines, the entertainment is lacking. Overall, however, you'll not get disappointed.

The flight attendants are so rude, no respect for Business class passenger. They don't offer anything extra for business class passengers.

took Mahan airlines for the frst time fr om BHX to Amritsar.... worst airline I have ever travelled in my life.. not recomended at all... no in flight entertainment,rude air hostesses, old planes wh ere you can smell fumes, toilets dirty, horrible food, no management at Theran airport........... better to go to Delhi

Mahan airline crew are very rude and lack customer service skills. They can't speak english and they don't smile. they ignore the passengers. Female flight attendents are worse than the male ones.

The toilets smell like a mans lavatory and overall 1- 10 I would give this airline a 1.

Delhi to Tehran I was greeted by some smiling airhostesses. For a 3 hours and 30 minutes flight in business class, service was pretty good. Every business class passenger was welcomed with a rose bud. Amenity kit supplied in a leather pouch. Food well cooked and tasty but presentation needs much improvement. Seat recline of this A320 was acceptable for the flight time. Portable DVD players were distributed with a reasonable movie selections.
