Do not book with this airline. They have cancelled my inbound flight with no explanation and no refund!
They do not answer the telephone or respond to emails

I was charged a very high price for this flight from Tel Aviv to Verona but got a "low cost" flight. The staff was cranky and not nice, there was not enough room leg and no food except a minuscule snack and one glass of water/coke. No food sold aboard so you have to bring your own but we were not informed about this ahead of time.

I flew from Iraklio to Gatwick yesterday evening. The flight with Livingston was a replacement for Strategic which seemed to be having problems!

Soon after take-off I felt extremely unwell with chest pain, and in fact the general features of a heart attack.

The staff on this flight were superb. They dealt with the situation competently and professionally. It was extremely
reassuring. Please convey my enormous gratitude for the way that they dealt with the situation. The captain
was also very concerned, and extremely professional. Thank you very much Livingston. Kind regards Lis Lovett.
