Avoid Flybondi at all costs.
The airline looks reliable only in their ads. In reality — zero responsibility, zero communication, zero basic care for passengers.
My flight FO 5541 on March 25th, 2026 (El Calafate → Ushuaia, 10:10 AM) was cancelled after the scheduled departure time. I spent over four hours at the airport with no updates, no water, no food — nothing.
They don’t refund cancelled flights, and they completely disregard basic passenger rights. And just to be clear — EU Regulation 261/2004 for flight compensation doesn’t apply in Argentina.
I filled out their refund form at the airport and was promised the money would be returned within 30 days. It’s been over four months. I’ve sent more than five follow ups. All I get are automated “your request is being processed” messages. No refund, no compensation, no accountability.
To add to that, the ticket I bought from Flybondi — supposedly a low cost airline — wasn’t even cheaper than the one offered by Aerolíneas Argentinas. I only chose Flybondi because of the earlier departure time, which turned out to be a mistake.
Sharing this so others know exactly what to expect.

They even change the landing at different airports And do not tell us . ( there are 2 airports in Buenos Aires) I had 6 flights scheduled during 4 weeks of Touring Argentina. Every single one had an issue . They were all late , we had mechanical delays as well . Missed connection , resulting in overnight delay to distinction. Absolutely the worst airline .
The cost is very low and for non tourist citizens with time not of concern is the exception to this Airline . The employees were very nice

Turned up at the airport to be told they have changed the airport. Change the gate the terminal but to change the airport is unbelievable. There was no communication and no option for an alternative flight. Cost me 300 dollars for a flight and 80 dollars in taxis to get to my destination 7 hours late. Don’t * you money flying with these cowboys.

I have bought two tickets to go from Mendoza to Foz do Iguaçu on Christmas eve 2019. When I bought them, I had a receipt by mail; and, sure enough, the money was withdrawn from my account. When wanting to check the reservation several months later, I went to the Flybondi home page only to find out that the flight has been cancelled!!
I am SO glad that I checked. I have managed to get the last two tickets with another airline out of Mendoza on the 24 December, but when I want to get my money back (and potentially also get an explanation for the whole case) I cannot find any contact information about Flybondi than a postal address. No mail adresse, no contact form, no phone number. This is just soooo bad.
Take my advise: Don't ever chose to fly Flybondi.

A low cost, low quality, no respect to their customers, I was victim of a cancelled flight and the agent could not tell me when I could get a next flight to Buenos Aires from Posadas, later as an excuse their airline said the flight was never cancelled it is a complete lie I was at the airport trying to get a seat on Aerolineas Argentina to fly back to Buenos Aires
