
am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent Royal Jordanian flight last week, which was unfortunately a very disappointing and stressful experience from the moment I boarded the aircraft.
The cabin crew service was extremely poor. One of the stewards, who appeared to be Indonesian, consistently showed an * and unfriendly attitude throughout the flight. She remained standing for long periods without assisting passengers, and it genuinely felt as though providing service—especially food—was being done as a favor rather than as part of her responsibility.
The situation became even more unacceptable during meal service. When I requested chicken, I was told in a very rude and careless manner: “We don’t have chicken, sir. You only have lasagna. Eat it or hit your head on the wall.” This comment was shocking, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. What made this even worse is that shortly afterward, a passenger seated near me approached a Jordanian crew member and was served chicken without any issue. This inconsistency and unfair treatment were ridiculous and unacceptable.
Another serious concern was the condition of the aircraft’s restroom. Due to the poor food and service, many passengers needed to use the WC, yet there was only one functioning toilet for all passengers. A long queue of both male and female passengers formed. The restroom door was broken and felt unsafe, as if it could fall at any moment. Additionally, the toilet was extremely dirty, and the unpleasant smell spread throughout the cabin, especially since it was located next to the kitchen. This created an unhealthy and unbearable environment for the rest of the flight.
The only positive aspect of this journey was the professionalism of the pilot. The takeoff and landing were smooth and well-handled, and I truly commend the pilot for that.
Overall, this was a horrible trip with very poor service and an unprofessional crew. Personally, I would rather pay more and choose another airline than ever fly with Royal Jordanian again unless serious improvements are made.
I hope this complaint is taken seriously and addressed to ensure better service and passenger care in the future.
No respect for time. Changed flight time 3 times on outbound flight, and 3 times on inbound flight. Terrible. Lost a day on the way in to Antalya and had to book the hotel an extra day on the way out. Whatever savings I gained I ended paying twofold. I had older travelers with me and it was really tiring for them.

Ticket says flight at. 6.45 Tuesday
Flight delayed to 11 pm ( we were informed the day before)
Flight delayed to. 1 am Wednesday (we were informed on the same departure day at 5 pm)
Airport Screen shows departure at 1.50 am
Flight left Istanbul at 2.20 am (Wednesday)
DO NOT FLY JORDAN!!!.
We had to wait until the last minute to get confirmation that the flight is still scheduled. Return was delayed 8 hours. We had to wait in the hotel lobby until midnight.

Very bad experience, everything was bad. Save your life and energy and use other fly. In some how, they don’t accept the pcr test in many hospitals, even the Sabiha airport lap. For this reason we miss the plain. They think that they are in the level of fly emarits, but actually they are in the level of amman -Zarqa bus.
No one is wearing a mask inside the airaplane from the passengers to the staff

Im flaying with my mother and she is an old lady... This is not acceptable

Plus.. This is the first company ive ever seen either an airflight or another company that adds charge to the wheelchair service
They charged me 50$ just to give me a wheelchair for my mother and the employee who should be staying with my mother to help her move, left before the flight time

She had to try to walk the plane stairs up

The worst Airline company in Middle East never again I try all Jordan Airlines companies and they are bad but this company out of all airlines it is the worst.
I never got in to any Airlines that charges 1k over the weight till I saw the country of Jordan and I know right way that they scam people for living shame.

I was stay at ‘’TZX’’ TRABZON -airport waiting fly jordan our trip no. FJR-751 must takeoff from 9:15 but they said the flight will be delay from amman airport because there is a Technical error and no one contact us from fly jordan team and i have another trip for kuwait next day.....😡untill when we will stay @ TZX airport (please note i’m @ airport from 6:40 pm as fly jordan rule )i ‘m sooo tired and i have diabetes and my medicine inside my bags and the bags already taken .
Now our agency call us & say the flight will departe amman airport on 4:00 Am😵😡
My kuwait fly will take off on 10:00am .
Urgent action need please & don’t be hestate .I am demanding financial compensation .
