Worst customer service ever don’t pick up phone

I've flown with Corsair. My baggage was lost and then finally found. I was promised in an email that the charges to have my bag shipped to me would be paid once I provided my banking information for the wire transfer. As of yet, 2.5 weeks later NO FUNDS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED!!! After many follow ups.

I will not recommend this company. Poor customer service to resolve a simple issue which I thought was resolved but, now a new issue of not having funds wired to me as promised.
