I have unflown tickets on cobalt worth 500euros and they no longer operate.
Nobody can refund me!
People who paid with cypriot credit cards will be refunded.
I paid with my french credit card.No refund!
Do you think is logic?

I can only name this a FRAUD. And not only on behalf of the airlines but as well from the local Authorities....

Third airline to cease operating in less than 6 years in Cyprus! Cyprus Airways, Eurocypria and now Cobalt

Cobalt are by far the worst airline I have ever used. They debited my debit card for 18 seats when there were only two of us flying!!! They promised me a refund within 4 weeks and 8 weeks later I still have no refund because they are having issues with the technology. Awful customer service, an awful airline, do not book with them unless you want to be ripped off and lied to.

Travelled with Cobalt March 8th from Bhx to Larnaca one of the best airlines I have flown with. Great hostesses, great service on board and good clean planes. Took off on time both ways and check in easy and quick. Heard and read bad reviews which I was concerned about, but wouldn't hesitate in travelling with them again. Well done!

Just travelled Cobalt Laranca to London Stansted. Flight on time. Staff veru polite and helpful. Website and on line check in is terrible at present but hopefully will improve.
Overall great flight

I only travelled to Crete with Cobalt and everything was fine! The flight was like other flights of other airlines and the crew was very polite! Also the people in the call center is very very polite and helpful! Well done

From Larnaca to Athens on 29th July 2016. The plane was very old and bad smelling. Flight attendants could not speak Greek and was always on rash. Because the flight was too short you can not ask for food but at list don't forget the Cypriot hospitality so some water should be offered as a thank you for using use refreshment. Tickets price was normal not cheap not expensive, we pay €475 for 3 people, with that price you can book with any airliner that offers service
