I would NEVER fly with this company again. Unfortunately it seems to be one of the few Bolívia has, so maybe you will need to, but if you can chose ANY other type of transportation or other airline; do it. I wish I could rate as a 0 star.

Were supposed to takeoff at 7:50am, it's now 9am and we are still not moving.
Been on board of a full plane since 7:30am it's hot and humid and the crew doesn't turn on the A/C.

BOA airlines is the worst. Planes are not safe, zero costumer service... 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Continous postponements of flight, and no real information. Re-booking to a next day flight with no options.
On the queue for re-booking overheard a BoA-representative say that "non-spanish-speaking" was not to bother about" (he did not know i understood some spanish).
EcoJet had available seats on the same day, but they were not offered to me.
Afterwards I bought directly from EcoJet.
When I tried to get a refund from BoA, I was just told that "it is not possible".
BoA ? Never again, if I can avoid them !!
