I bought 5 tickets for my family and i had 2 daughters below 20. Ajet did not notify that there is new regulations for the evisa for my daughters age and allow us to travel to SAW and suddenly in SAW found the evisa were not accepted for my daughters and had to send them back home on my own cost (300 Euros) as the next Ajet flight was about 12 hours from the time we know that I had to send back my daughters from SAW to Kuwait.
second issue was the flight landing was very dangerous and we screamed due to the way of landing as the aircraft was not properly touching the ground and was moving right and left with no balance until the pilot took control after few seconds.
3rd issue there was no refund for the first leg or compensation for the family disturbance happen to us.

The most rotten organization to fly with there is.
It started before the trip with 4x flight changes and 2x cancellations. Nobody from ajet does anything about it. Can barely speak English on the phone, very bad.
Missed our flight on the way back because they didn't leave on time. Waited 5 hours at the airport. Sent from man to man to arrange a new flight. Nobody knew how to do it. We were exhausted. Very bad service. No more ajet for us.

I booked with Ajet through Edreams. Ajet then cancelled my flight quoting operational issues. Now Ajet are saying I have to claim a refund through Edreams and Edreams are saying I have to claim from Ajet. I am at a loss as to what to do!!!

The worst airline you can imagine. No information, service department knows nothing. We were lost at the airport and nobody could tell if the plane would come or not, if we we transferred to another flight.
Horrorexperience
We ended up booking an alternative flight a day later but never got our money back, they simply do not respond

It was pleasant and comfortable. The seats were comfortable and had leg room compared to economy. Their service was also very good. I loved your treats. I asked for a chicken sandwich and got juice with it. Afterwards, I wanted to try Turkish coffee. It was really good.

My flight was delayed on Friday, too, but it was a 50-minute delay. Afterwards, we were quickly taken to the plane and after the take-off permission was given, which we waited for a while, our plane took off. The in-flight services and the attention and helpfulness of the cabin crew were very nice.

I did my check-in via the app, which was very convenient. I sent my cabin-size suitcase to the cargo, thinking that it would be difficult to lift it again, so I didn't wait long when I received it. It arrived fast and intact. There was a slight delay, but they fixed it immediately.

It was a pleasant and comfortable journey. Since it was a long flight, I bought a business class ticket. It was very comfortable and enjoyable. Refreshments and entertainment system were nice.

Literally to be worst airline I have ever flown. Bankruptcy is too good for them, prosecution would be a step in the right direction. They are subject to rules on compensation for their numerous cancellations but they flout them.

Did i just get scammed?? the airline cancelled the flight 1 day after i booked it. their feedback to my complaint had no answer that i can work with. i did not get money back i did not get an option to change flight and now the pnr number is not working to enter the request even.

My flight was canceled one day after I booked it. I made the horrid mistake of booking a flight with AJet through booking.com and it has been more than a week that I try to get a refund to be able to buy myself another ticket. Both Ajet and Booking.com give vague answers and do not send clear follow ups of chats or calls or requests. This whole system is a big SCAM

I had a comfortable and enjoyable trip. The cabin crew has a big share in this. He was caring, courteous and friendly throughout the flight. The treats and drinks were very nice. I loved the freshly squeezed orange juice.

It was nice to travel with AJet's new brand image. The designs and colors of the airport wraps looked beautiful. I completed the transactions smoothly and easily. The seats were comfortable and wide. I was also pleased with the staff.

AJet changed its name and logo, making it more modern than today. I like the new logo very much, it is more catchy and beautiful. Maybe others may ask why there was a need to change the old logo, but today many brands are innovating in logos. That's why they developed a modern logo that suits the beautiful brand without breaking its line. In my opinion, it was successful.
