aires sent me an email cancelling my flight from Panama city to bogata..I wonder if they will refund me.I do not understand why they can accept money from a credit card but clain they cannot refund to the credit card!

I HAVE NO CONFIDENCE BOOKING WITH THIS AIRLINE.THEY DON'T CARE
FOR THE CUSTOMERS.FOOD CHOICES ARE VERY POOR.TRAVELING WITH THIS COMPANY BADLY REFLECTS ON COLOMBIA.

WORSE COMPANY EVER! USE SPIRIT!

I bought a ticket 6 months ago, and canceled it in less than 24 hours. It has been 6 months, and I still haven't seen my money. It is unbelievable. I've talked to customer reps thousands of times, and they keep telling me I will see the money in a month. After month # 4, they said the person in charge wasn't working there anymore, and that's the reason why the process wasn't moving forward. They never told me anything about such change or whether I should contact someone else. Well, guess what? It's been six months and nothing! I WILL NEVER use this airline again, and I advice people reading this article not to. They don't care about their customers at all. AIRES SUCKS!

This is the worst company I have made deals with, period, not only the worst airline, it is the worst company.
I booked my flight 7 months ahead to get an "awesome" discount, to find out that they "canceled" my fight and put in a different schedule that is so very inconvenient to me, I ended up paying more for hotels, since they made me spend the night on 2 different cities and didn't recognized that cost. Please, please don't book with them, they are far from being professionals, they don't help you when they screw up.

Aires does not care about customer service or operate ethically. I booked a flight 2 months a head of time only to receive an e mail 2 days before my trip changing my whole itinerary. Of course I had already booked hotels and made plans for vacation. I called and complained but they couldn't change my flight back to what they originally confirmed. Someone tole me they must have sold my seat for more money and put me on a crappier flight. Absolutely no education on how to treat and maintain customers!
