permanent problems do not respect timetables, baggage lose almost every time, the staff very unprofessional and arrogant and so so on ...!

Recently returned to Kishinev Moldova through connecting flight in Vienna Austria. Once again Air Moldova is worthy of mention regarding service & courtesy. Wonderful airline & nice people. Prague to Chisinau via an Embraer 190, very short hop ( 75 mins or so). The flight was great and the staff of Air Moldova were very nice & professional. I love Chisinau, its people, architecture & wine cellars. Air Moldova is a young company & it represents its country excellently. Bravo!

The aircraft was in great condition, the staff nice and the service good, but the two hour delay to Chisinau was not even mentioned once to the passengers. Time is of essence.

Also, Chisinau (KIV) airport needs to reduce its landing fees so that it can become a transit route for passengers between the continents of Europe, Africa and Asia - very good location to capitalize if properly taken advantage.

I used to regularly fly Air Moldova and could see a huge improvement for the last years. The service on flights to Western Europe was always rather very good. Even if in the beginning nothing was different from a regular Aeroflot plane commodities (Tupolev 134), the air hostesses were very attentive and tried their best (speaking English as well as Russian and Romanian). Recently they got Airbus 320 and the flight is a real pleasure. Air Moldova has added lately their entertainment TV program in flight. That is also a change to the horrible comedy Russian shows they used to air before.
