Had to cancel tickets due to unforeseen circumstances, still waiting for a refund 8 weeks later without being able to get a straight answer via my travel agent or myself. Disgraceful customer service

Probably the worst air company I've used in my life. Airplanes are usually very old, tight and quite dirty (chinese standard). Some of them don't even have an entertainment system in-flight, even international flights. It's like chariots with wings.
The staff is unfriendly and not polite at all. The ground staff is even worse, they are incredibly unprepared to deal with customers, very incapable.
The customer service is even worst than the rest. They damaged our baby stroller, quite badly, all scratched and ripped off. There was no fix for that, so we needed them to replace the stroller (2 months of usage), but they offered us a "compensation" around 40% of the price of a new one. And they kept negotiating, like they were negotiating one of those fake cheap stuff in the silk market.
If within china, they are always very, very delayed because they just want to pile up with passengers. Quite common to have delays of 2+ hours.
This "company" has no respect for their customers. You should avoid this awful option, as the flight experience is bad from beginning to end, and it can get even worse.
