Very bad Customer care... Which means bad management. Pretend that somebody will come back to us soon but never happens in spite of multiple messages.
No excuse for big delay and being sent to Milan instead of Paris...
Irreponsible company => dont take it since irresponsibility affects every segment of a company... including safety a day or another
DO NOT FLY KUWAIT!!! I purchased a business class ticket JFK - BOMBAY. I had a family emergency and needed to speak with a customer service representative to make changes. After multiple attempts for the USA contact numbers and Kuwait contact numbers I gave up. Kuwait area code customer service gives incomplete information and requires you to work with you local office. Would be fine if local office actually picked up. I waited 2 hours on hold and finally gave up. This airlines has the worst customer service and I will never fly with them again. Seriously, do yourself a favor and fly with a different carrier.
Don't ever fly with this horrendous airline. Paris-Rome-Paris. Two hours delay outbound, five hours delay inbound, antediluvian aircraft (9K-AMD, Airbus A300, first flight 1993 and 9K-AMA, Airbus A300, first flight 1992), unpleasant staff, filthy plane, disgusting food, revolting toilets, broken TV set, no information, wrong information. Impossible to switch to another airline. Let's say I'm probably lucky the pilots knew how to fly it. Better late than dead I suppose, but never again will I fly with this terrible airline. It's a wonder they are not mentioned on the European Union blacklist as I'm sure the lack of decent care in the cabin and by staff must be reflected just as badly in the maintenance and repairs, and standards of operation. Other low-cost airlines are utmost luxury compared to Kuwait Airways.
Warning - your Kuwait Airways reservation could be cancelled without notice. Also, they may close the flight (and give the seats to standbys) from 35 to 90 minutes before departure. All 3 scenarios happened to me on a Cairo-Kuwait return flights in April. I even went to the airport as standby twice (after they cancelled my reservation) and was told "we put you as priority because you were full-fare". In the end, I had to pay over KD500 to change everything around!
Heathrow to Bangkok return First Class. Food: Not bad - boarded starving having missed breakfast - had to wait 2 hours before they would feed me though. Beverages: Soft Drinks only. Entertainment: Awful - no movies on demand just choice of about 10 channels. Seat - bad and old : at full recline it's about 60% of the way there and your feet will be crushed against the seat in front if you don't take them of the foot rest. No laptop charge point. Sorry Kuwait Airways your going to have to step up your game.
