Not many movie available, beverage with surcharge, staff hiding in between meals.... It was a code share with Swiss and Lufthansa but the service quality is very far from the standards of these other airlines. Next time I will try to be more careful and avoid Edelweiss operated flights.
This is the worst website in the world. Once again I have tried to book three flights, once again I have spent the entire day on it, once again as I reach the final stage of payment it says my session has timed out. AFTER accepting all my bank details. I have no idea once again whether my card has been charged or whether I am booked. It is a disgrace. An absolute disgrace..
Once again when I make an expensive telephone call I will be told that you are experiencing problems with your web site.
I simply cannot believe that you can offer such appalling on line service. I would never fly your airline again ( I fly very frequently on it, both long and short haul), but the destinations are good.
I have the same problems every time I try to book. Your website must be permanently experiencing problems. SORT IT OUT!!!!!
this is a wonderful airline and i speak for myself and can truly say they try their best to help in any way they can the staff are super friendly and show their concern for all passengers its an honor and a privilege to fly with this airline you have made a very old man very happy keep up the good work and don't adhere to all this silly nonsense from people
We flew Edelweissair to Cancun (Mexico) in in their Business Class. Business class was 1000 Dollar cheaper then on American Airlines or Iberia. Very personal and friendly service. Excellent menu, they even served fresh Ice Cream in cones! Nice snack before landing in Orlando (stopover). The only negative point was this stop in the United States. Security checks were very annoying.
