Worst service ever! A one-hour flight has turned into a ten-hour struggle

I totally agree with Eric. Though the crew was nice and trying to do their best, the aircraft is not comfortable and not appropriate to such a flight as Fortaleza-Lisbon...
And above all, for a person stressed by flying such as me, the plane was not provided with music and film devices. It is really long without any movie or music to listen.
Tap was saying that it would provide equivalent services but it was not true.

This is the worst airline I have flown with. I have been flying for over 60 years around the world with many different airlines. Now I flow with TAP which have chartered Windrose between Fortaleza and Lisbon. I have never seen such a cramped cabin. The pitch was non existing and they have put in an extra seat in every row. TAP have 263 seats and Windrose 321 seats. The business calss seats is a joke. There are many airlines that have better seats in economy than Windrose have in business. It speak for itself. Take my adwise never go by this airline.
