Wednesday 29 Aug 8.55am. Horrific queue for passport control to get out of the country - less than half the stations manned by officials. This is the last impression tourists get if Bali and my family and I won’t be back after having to stand for over an hour with no water missing duty free and the lounge. Get your act together Bali airport, it’s not good enough.

I came fr om Bali, Indonesia and I had a bad experience with the airport staff at the boarding gate in Ngurah Rai International Airport last June 5, 2018 flight number 5J280. I was asking for help regarding the pocket wifi that I wasn't able to return at the arrival hall but they could not do anything about it. I know that it was my fault but I just need their help at least. I am a practitioner at the service industry as well and I can fully understand their lim its. But I imagined myself as a foreigner in the Philippines with the same problem and I believe that the staff can do ways for this simple concern. I was just disappointed with the staff for not extending their service. I was just disappointed by the fact that they cannot extend their hearts to a foreign passenger who's badly needing a hand.
