This year I flew with Zest Air a few times. Kuala Lumpur-Manila/Manila-Puerto P/Manila - Bohol to be honest it wasn't so bad !! Most of this flights were scheduled except flight from Puero Princessa to Manila, which was one hour delay. I was affraid a little bit becouse we had a flight connection to Bohol but we managed to get on board just in time. Cabin crew very polite, as always in Air Asia!!!

promo fare is very cheap so i decided to book my ticket ahead of time...i had a smooth ride on a320...i notice delayed flights most of the time sad to say their ground crew and front desk is incompetent no meal served almost 6hours delay...

I will NEVER fly this airline again. Customer Service is really bad, No manager is available, Call Center agents are rude and rules about luggage allowance is not clearly stated. It said that AirAsia and Zest Air are merged but with their website I should say it should be announce so people will not have a wrong information. If you get a ticket without luggage and you showed up in the gate with baggage they will charge you every kilo of it, but if you call them and listen to the IVR it is saying that you can avail the 15 kilos for 300+ something upon checking it. There's a lot of miscommunication and wrong information with this airline. If I were you, use Cebu Pacific or Air Phil express instead for budget airline. NEVER Zest Air.

will never fly zest air again. flight was cancelled yesterday and the earliest flight they can get us was 3 days after , no compensation given like accommodation and meal allowances. we were informed of the cancellation 4 hours prior to ETD , and we were on our way to airport already coming from far north .

My family and I are travelling today with Air Asia and our flight schedule is 1530 H. We arrived the airport at around 12:30 pm. Sadly it was announced that our flight will be delayed and set to 1720H. Then came another announcement at 1820H then now its 2030H. We dont know whats next... We are travelling with 3 seniors, 2 adults and 3 minors. We went to the complain section asking for food and accomodation since we will be arriving tacloban at late hours and we are just travelling by public utility vans and travel time is about 4 hours to our place and by the time we arrive tacloban there is no more available vans. We have to sleep in Tacloban with very little budget on hand. All the staff of air asia could say is its manila air traffic? The question is why are other airlines including them with other destination on time? Then we overheard somebody fr om them that we should have taken the first flight. What? Now we are to be blame for our predicaments!!! Wow . We keep on complaining but another answered that we can file a reimbursement. Another very disgusting answer from the staff of this airline. The reimbursement that this airline cannot cover the expenses that we will incur plus the inconvenience that we are now experiencing plus the opportunity loss we have plus our hotel expenses! Wh ere can we complain? To a goverment agency? With this aquino administration.? We hope and pray that the presidentiable who have the guts to correct this situation wins. Maybe we have to think or let the owners and staff of this airlines be booked also on their flights and let be delayed for the nth time and let them suffer what we are experiencing right now. My God give more patience
