THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE INDUSTRY: Air Arabia cancelled my flight without telling me anything- i got to the airport and not choice but to buy a very expensive flight back to Franfurt. I have been trying to contact them for 2.5 months, have written to them several times to get a refund for the cancelled flight and they havent even bothered returning one email or phone call. I WILL NEVER BOOK WITH AIR ARABIA AGAIN

The worst airline I haver ever used. Toilets ( no tissues no soap) , tables and all the things were dirty. No hygiene .The crew was very rude and amateur. Using Air Arabia is the wrongest thing you can do in your life.

**** DON'T EVER BOOK A FLIGHT WITH AIR ARABIA **** I booked a flight from Erbil (Kurdistan) to Delhi (India) with Air Arabia, which was cancelled less than 2 weeks before it was due to leave. I contacted them by email and using their online contact form on about 10 separate occasions, asking to be put on another flight. I said I'd be happy to fly on a different date, with a different airline, or even from a different airport (as long as it was close). Each email was ignored, and I was only contacted after I wrote on their Facebook page. Even then they ignored my request. Instead of putting me on a reasonable alternative flight, they only offered me a flight from Baghdad/Basra or a refund. I didn't have an Iraqi visa, nor did I want to face the safety risk of travelling through Iraq, and a refund was no good to me as I'd then have to pay much more to book the same flight with another airline at short notice. I explained this, but rather than send a decent reply Air Arabia just issued a refund without my permission. That only happened after I sent them 3 other emails. As a result I had to cancel a nice 6 day trip to Erbil and spend 22 hours on a bus to Istanbul instead. This was the worst service I've ever received from an airline, and having now googled Air Arabia I see that this was not a unique experience. I'd recommend everyone to seriously steer clear of these bunch of cowboys, they have no customer service skills whatsoever.

My luggage did not arrive. Now at Kiev airport they say we have send your baggage to Ivano frankivsk airport and at Ivano frankivsk airport we call they say there is no such baggage. What a horrible airline

very bad experience because of bad behavior the cabin crew and ground staff was rude, impolite and arrogant, they don't know anything about customer services and rights and how to handle an * customer, I had a problem with one girl of cabin crew was talking in a very bad way with everyone and they were very upset of her and when i told her to talk in good way she started shouting on me and threatening me that she will tell the captain to offload me if i didn't apologize for her and started talking like me or her on the flight, then her colleagues in ground staff supported her and told her that they will take bad actions with me later and then took one of luggage off to take revenge of me and said it is overweight although on the main counter they said it is OK and you can take it and gave me the boarding pass for me and my bag then they lied and took it off, they never say sorry for their mistakes, very bad treatment with clients starting from the ground staffs to the cabin crews, and when i made compliant to the ground staff manager in sharjah airport he said that he received an email about me and started talking very bad and charged me extra fees to bring back my bags. Although I know this compliant will not go anywhere because they are supporting each other against the clients, but I hope to take action with this cabin crew staff and return back the extra charge you took from me to not lose one of your permanent and loyal client who is travelling a lot with you, please take this compliant seriously because I was advised to contact the General Civil Aviation Authority but I would rather to wait for your feedback and satisfied action. For the cabin crew and ground staff names and all details please contact me.

I tried to fly with Air Arabia together with a friend of mine. First of all, we buy the FLEXIBLE ticket, so we have a right to cancel it without any penalty, it was wrote on the ticket itself and in the rules in Air Arabia website. So when they change the date and conditions of our flight, which was unacceptable for us (we should stay in Sharjah for all night instead a few hours, we should stay in Kathmandu one night more, and arrive in Kiev one night later and lose money which we already paid for a hotel for this night), we decide to cancel our flight. And thought itll be simple because we paid more for this ticket to have this possibility. But Air Arabia return us only A HALF of sum, in spite of their promise to return all money. We called them again and again and have nothing: they told us something I cant solve your problem, call another number but in this number, they told the same. Or Yes, you have flexi tickets, but there is a penalty US $500 penalty for flexi ticket?? Or Yes, there is our mistake and you should have all your money back, but we can't help you, you should write for our e-mai - and fr om this email, there was no response for 5 days. And for making this calls we should use really expensive tariff, because we were in Himalaya Mountains. Our plans for trekking was ruined: we should stay ONE WEEK in a place wh ere we can make this calls, and we spent US $50 for this calls. Fortunately, one of our friends finished his trek and returned to Kathmandu, so he went to Air Arabia office and asked them to return our money. Just after this, they made a transfer of another part of the sum. It took more than one week to have it back. They return for us the right amount in dirham, but we have US dollars bank account, so because of a currency change we lost another $50. Ill never fly with this airline because of such unacceptable cheating.
