a totally unreliable airline, will not adhere to IATA rules and / or regulations

My husband and I flew with this airline in March 2014 yes the airplane was older but the service and food that we received were great we are going back to Cuba this Dec and we will go with this airline. We will not go with Sunwing as the service on board is terrible.

Cubana de Aviacion is fine airline with over 80 years of history. Steadily improving service on the flights to Canada and Europe. Offering comfortable business class and good baggage allowance in both classes. It lacks definately more marketing and sales efforts and sometimes the product lacks the attractivity as the staff could be more trained and motivated - on board sales, poor board entertainment. And it lacks couple of new planes to refresh the fleet - some A330 and couple of A320 would make the life better.
