Once again flights from Glasgow to Lanzarote time changed by an hour was late enough originally now not back till 2.25am if it is on time highly unlikely going by past experience. Will not use them again. No explanation as usual out with their control. At least 4th year with problems. Only positive is cabin crew they are saving grace.

Flight from GLA to TFS. Nice smooth flight. Cabin crew excellent but come on Thomas Cook get some rows taken out of your A231. Was far too tight and heard all around us complaining. Walked with a limp first 2 days of my holiday because of cramped conditions between rows. I will not travel with this company again until they start putting passengers before profit. God help anyone who is over 6 ft

We took the thomas cook first flight to new york on may 2nd 2015 and I just want to say we loved it , celebrations at the gate , very friendly and helpful no delays,PLENTY of leg room, your own tvs, smooth flight , food was lovely had mo complaints and would fly with them again!!

Flew to Egypt this year. No leg room. Cabin crew never spoke to us once. However, if you want to go on a package holiday, what do you expect? Can't afford BA!!!

Received an email today from Thomas Cook Airlines explaining I had cancelled my return flights from Manchester to Los Angeles in May 2019. I haven't and their complaints system online isn't working. I phoned Customer Relations and was told they have cancelled the flights I was booked on and have refunded my money. I haven't received any money and was not offered any alternative flights. Apparently MT2622 Man to LAX 4th May 2019 and MT2623 LAX to Man 18th May 2019 have been cancelled.

We have a one way flight from Bourgas to London Gatwick booked on 11/09/15. Yesterday we were informed that flight time has changed from 23:40 to 00:45, this does not work for us as we would require a taxi at both ends which would actually cost more than the flight cost of £120 As we booked through Bravofly we were sent an email confirming we could either accept or refuse changes and then request a monetary refund. Lo and behold Bravofly were useless and passed us on to Thomas Cook customer services who I do not believe know the meaning of the phrase customer services. They refuse to refund, they refuse to offer money to cover taxis, they don't listen and just continue to spout the company line about chartered flights and that it is not their fault. With all their recent well deserved bad press, I honestly believe that this company and it's staff are not fit for purpose and please therefore pay a little more and deal with a company that offers genuine service. I will never use or recommend this company to anyone again so travel at your own peril!!!

The worst airline and holiday company out there,Ignorant and poor cabin crew,sat frozen to and from flight to Rhodes Greece for four and a half hours(but they will sell you a comfort pack to keep you warm).Complained now for 3 months to customer relations and still no answer. This is why Thomas Cook are struggling to stay in the market place as they have no customer relations whatsoever,I think they could go bust anytime - I will never use them again that's for sure.

Flight is always delayed to manchester to hurgarda- it is time thomas cook stopped the early fight to Malta and just sent the plane to hurgarda. Delays can be anything from 4 hrs to 28 hrs
