Hello friends. Having arrived in Delhi, I took a bus to the city of Agra, where I stayed for a couple of days. Next was a flight to Goa.
Agra airport is not big at all, and as I understand it, it has only recently been opened for civil flights. Agra Airport is a military airfield. I arrived at the airport in a tuk-tuk, and didn’t understand where the airport was.... the driver said it was him. The entrance to the airport is through a tall gate and a fence. I tried to take a photo, but it didn’t work, a security guard ran up.
At the entrance they check, check the ticket with the passport.
Inside there is a small building where passengers are waiting. Soon the bus arrived and the passengers went to the terminal itself; travel by bus at the airport costs 50 rupees, however.
The passenger terminal is not a large building, where again the passport and ticket were checked.
Checked in for the flight.
Then again the security check. The clean area is small, there are guards everywhere and signs about the prohibition of photos.
Soon they called for boarding, the Indigo plane was taxiing to the terminal.
We went to the plane by bus, two ramps.
From Agra airport there are now only four directions, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad and Bengaluru.
So I flew to Goa with a transfer in Hyderabad. Only Indigo flies from Agra.
The flight is almost full.
At Agra airport there are military aircraft and other equipment.
The flight to Hyderabad takes two hours.
Indigo is a budget airline, so the only service is water, and for entertainment an in-flight magazine.
Airplane A 320, seats are new and clean.
Hyderabad airport is big.
I had a layover at the airport for 6 hours, went outside, wandered around.
Then again checking tickets at the entrance, security...
The clean area for domestic flights is huge, but I couldn’t find any currency exchange or alcohol sales. Well, that is, there is alcohol in restaurants and cafes.
The flight was delayed again, by an hour.
We went to board, the load was almost full.Plane A 320.
We flew to Goa (Dabolim) for just over an hour.
In Goa, by the way, a second airport was recently opened, no, not a terminal, but an airport. But I didn’t want to fly to it, it’s even further from the resort of South Goa.
Indigo airline pleased me with reasonable prices, and on the flight from Agra, if not for them, I would have had to go back to Delhi.
