Three months ago I had to make a business trip to Krasnoyarsk, Central Siberia in Russia. Direct flights are suggested by UTair, Ural Airlines and NordStar. UTair suggests the most comfortable schedule.
This review describes the flight back from Krasnoyarsk to Yekaterinburg. The aircraft was Boeing 737-500, Reg. VQ-BJV.
It deserves to be mentioned that the cabin was ideally clean, with new blue cloth covers on the seats, nevertheless the plane was 14,5 years old and earlier was exploit by Continental Airlines (USA).

We took off just up to the schedule. The plane was 50-60 per cent full, there were many empty seats. The flight took 3 hours.
By the way during the taking off the chief pilot contacted the cabin with the words: “Dear ladies and gentlemen, our plane has reached the necessary altitude. All the systems work normally” and wished us a good flight.
Not every Boeing 737-500 has winglets on its wings.

The stewardesses worked well, were polite and smiled to us.
This is one of the most attended places on board. Everything’s clean without odors nuisance.

On the whole the impression on the flight was rather positive. The departure and arrival were up to the schedule, the breakfast was good, the stewardesses smiled, the plane was in good condition (at least outwardly). Please, be indulgent to my pictures,’ cause they were made with the phone.
