Great service provided by them. Friendly staff Great comfort. I can't wait to try the skycouch.

ANZ's planes are new and modern, but service on our LAX to AKL was poor. We were not able to use a skycouch we paid an extra seat for and minimal service of drinks/water was provided on the 12 hour flight.

I flew Air New Zealand from LA to Auckland and I would have to say that it has the best entertainment system of all other airlines I have been to. It has a large selection of new movies and music. It has decent food and service as well as the best airplane safety video I've ever seen.

Flew Air New Zealand Sydney-Queens town flight was excellent food was great staff friendly entertainment was awesome and even in economy the leg room was good and they even added a sense of humor to the pre flight safety video.

I have flown Air New Zealand about 35 times both domestically and internationally since 1970 and have never had anything but a good experience. Counter and cabin crew are consistently very friendly and helpful and the quality of the experience is always well above average. Food has always been from good to great and the amenities, comfort and equipment excellent.
