the worst airline out other way to put it..simply a disaster!!!!

It's been several months since the Perla ordeal (10-14th August 2014)and no one in the company is offering explanation as to their very bad service. Why is this inhumane airline still flying in the skies? Does anyone even take on posts that are submitted here. They should not be allowed to land at Piarco, keep them where they are understood- On spanish territories. My kids still have fear from flying, that the same thing may reoccur again. Perla should be held accountable for this. As the last person noted, I myself contacted president, vice president and different levels of management and no one will even reply to your emails, then again, maybe they can read english. My concern is why is this airline (with flight attendants who do not communicate and are sooooo unpleasant) allowed to operate. This is going to the aviation authorities from here. Something MUST be done to get this airline out!!!!

No other to put it....the worst airline out there, if you are travelling and Perla Airline is the airline, I beg of you please chooses another destination or another Airline. I endured what the other passengers endured, on the same dates,up until now, I have not received any explanation as to what happened on that day and the reason for the 12 hours delay. I have communicated with the vice president, president and managenent and did not receive any feedback what so ever, they just take you for granted, but I vow to spread the word around of their incompetency and unprofessionalism. The end of this is far.

I absolutely and totally agree with you! We travelled to margarita on the 10th to 14th. Both ways ways we experienced horrible delays. Fr om Trinidad it took 5 hours and every time you asked about the plane the story always changes. Leaving Margarita (wh ere apparently no one is interested in learning basic basic words in English) despite how many English speaking tourists visit your island.....nobody had the courtesy to give us a heads up that the airline actually would grace us with its presence TEN 10 hrs after initial check in time. Utterly ridiculous!!!! QOUTE] Guest : PERLA, never again in this life time will I fly Perla airlines even if I'm given a free ticket. This airline steal the cake when it comes to delay, poor service, lack of communication and treat the English speaking customers like dogs because you are on a chartered flight. Please DO NOT TRAVEL WITH PERLA.
