Worst airline in the world!!!
I flew with 100’s of airlines in my life, but Volotea is by far the worst airline I ever flew with!! Normally you go to the airport and there you get your tickets. Because I didn’t print my tickets at home I had to pay ˆ70,- extra 😂

The service is terrible (as you can expect from a low budget airline) but they try to make money out of you in any possible way. This is not cross-selling, this is just big scam!! Also the airplane smells like * (flight V71420 Cantania - Olbia) and the plane had 1 hour delay.

Advice to any1 who ever want to fly: DO ANYTHING TO NOT FLY WITH VOLOTEA!!

This event just happened and I'm still steaming over it. So writing this review might be over raged.

With a party of 4 people we got to our gate 18 minutes before our flight takes off. And we were turned down to enter the plane. We were legit there and the gates were still open and they still didn't allow us through.

We needed to technically be there 20 minutes before take off and for 2 minutes we couldn't go through.

I understand that we were 2 minutes late but the gentleman at the gate was sooo rude and didn't even try to accommodate. Everything seemed to still be open. This guy made it his missions to not help us out.

Part 2.

Trying to contact the Volotea help desk was a joke. There isn't a representative at the airport. And , when I tried to call of course they were closed.
So, we went to the airport help desk and the only help they can offer was to book a ticket to the next available flight. Something that we just did ourselves. The airport general staff were nice and kind. Directing us to the right people to talk to. Even though it didnt really go anywhere.

Volotea you need to do better.

We had a delay. The web page is not working properly. They don t issue thw invoice. In one direction the charged the laguage.

A disaaster. Their english is poor.

In June 22 i used Volotea for domestic flight from Athens to Heraklion
The service was very good. The flight was on time and the stuf very friendly
there was WIFI available during the flight.

Must be the best low cost airline.

Our flight has been delayed and no information has been given until the very last minute - when everyone were waiting at the gate. The staff clearly had no idea of what was going on and was rude. The company didn't give information and apparently wanted to keep us all waiting - this was completely irresponsible and unacceptable - we are definitely not using volotea again

Beyond my expectations! Pristine plane, sturdy, loads of room - leg room, wide seats...widest trays I've ever experienced. Eye candy for stewards, nice menu (pity they don't take cash), without feeling harassed. Quiet, serene, perfect flight. Barely felt the plan touch the ground upon landing! 5 star...felt like I was in first class :)
