I wish to thank you all the cabin crew on the flight Mon 360-368 of the 20/27april 2011 for the friendliness, kindness and professionalism. Great flights, good spirit, great team.

Not very impressed - very cramped seating & outward flight VERY high temperatures on the aircraft in my opinion. Meal 'thrown' to us but feel this was due to very liimited space available.

Gatwick - Male return. We chose Premium class, good decision, comfortable seating, food of surprisingly good quality for a Holiday Tour flight. Cabin crew attitude / friendliness outbound just acceptable, very good on return, no consistency. Inflight entertainment not as much choice or as versatile as other premium cabins on charter airlines; you select your chosen channel and have to accept whatever point it is playing at, you cannot start or pause at your convenience. We would fly Monarch again but only in Premium class, main cabin looked cramped.
